I tip my hat to mrcool and its organization. My experience from placing the order to receiving my units and a small amount of Online technical support I needed was exceptional!!! If anybody discusses needing a mini-split I will definitely tell them mr. Cool is the company to do business with. THANK YOU MRCOOL

I remodel my basement and cool split…

Everything came on time the units were…
Everything came on time the units were packed so well there were zero damage very happy with the units recommend Mr. cool anybody that wants to do it yourself I have not installed them yet everything was well thought out as far as accessories very very nice unit

EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our Sears/Roebuck HVAC, dating back to the 80s, finally bit the dust last year so a friend told me about mini splits. Did a lot of research and chose Mr. Cool (made in Kentucky) due to their DIY design and excellent SEER rating. There are dozens of vendors for Mr Cool, but the one that stood out to me was cool-minisplits.com! They had the overall best price due to their advantageous Delaware Incorporation, which allows for a tax-free sale. And they have easily accessible, exemplary customer service via Alex and Maria. They helped us change our order (at the advice of a Mr Cool tech rep) without a hitch and we still got our order within a week! All in all, we believe we bought from the best source. Now, if only our Mr Cool unit lasts as long as our old Sears did 🤞

Exceptional customer service!
When I ordered my Mr.Cool 36k DIY 3 zone kit, one 25’ line set was on a nation wide back order. I received everything else on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. Near the estimated date for the preordered line set to be back in stock, I called customer service to check status. They informed me that I should have already received it. They looked into what happened, shipped it next day and gave me a gift card for my inconvenience. I couldn’t be happier with Cool Minisplits. They really know their products and how to take care of their customers. Thanks!
