Dish washer broke after a year. Called to get repair. Was told we would have a repair man come to our house in two weeks. Was given a four hour time slot for repair. 2 weeks later Repair man was given wrong address. Doesn’t bother to get in touch with us. Just leaves the wrong address. We call because no one showed up at our house. That’s when we were told the repair man had the wrong address. Was told we would get another repair man out in a week. Get a call three days after booking new day. Are told we won’t have another repair man until two more weeks. It doesn’t take over a month to get a washer repaired. Will never purchase from this company again. Glad we didn’t buy an extended warranty. Not worth the money.

I have been completely unable to get a hold of anyone at Frigidaire for a warranty/service repair. They completely messed up my product registration. They never answer any phone or email and just disconnect the call saying sorry we are busy bye. The Worst customer support I have ever come across.

Purchased Frigidaire professional refrigerator. Frost & ice buildup behind drawers in fridge (worse in summer & takes awhile to build up). Service person (very professional) came & supposedly fixed it. Not fixed. This happened a 2nd time. When I called again customer service told me I would have to now pay for any service! Worst customer service ever! I also purchased a dishwasher and stove but I will never recommend any Frigidaire product due to terrible customer service!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Waited 45 minutes for someone to pick up asking to pay for a service call on my dishwasher that’s no longer working after just a year of service. The women who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and had no interest in talking. All she would say is what’s the serial number, I repeated the only number number that was on the door of the dishwasher. She continued to sign and said no sir that’s not it. I asked her where else I could find it. She let out a big sigh (after her hard effort of speaking with me for 60 seconds) and said I’ll send you to customer care sir goodbye. Then just disconnected the call

Frigidaire quality has plummeted past the point of no return. The lower element on my 4year old oven exploded into an electrical fire the likes of nothing I have ever seen before. By some miracle no one was injured. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product as long as I live.

We purchased two appliances from Home Depot. Both Frigidaire the Ice maker on the door freezes up and we have had them here a number of times and it can’t be fixed. But the bigger issue is the flat top stove. The one burner goes on by itself. Any movement near the stove sets it off. This is a fire hazard. And they are not concerned does anyone know if there is any way to take care of this without costing us more money. I won’t buy another Frigidaire product again .

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Model GCRE302LAF stove last year from Lowes with a quick bake oven feature. It smokes terribly when I am cooking. I have contacted Electrolux twice by mail and have never heard a word back from them. I called out a service guy who says there is nothing wrong with the stove, they pick up any grease of the item cooking and spread it around the inside. I have to use the exhaust fan on the microwave to remove the smoke from this oven. I am so very disappointed in this stove and recommend no one buys this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from Frigidaire. I bought a new Frigidaire side by side refrigerator freezer in September 2020. It just died and Frigidaire is refusing to honor the warranty, and refusing to replace. It was diagnosed as needing a new compressor that will cost $1400 to replace. The purchase price was $1191.00- so why are they refusing to replace it. On top of that the soonest the service tech can come out to repair it is June 23rd! My family cannot be without a freezer or refrigerator for another 10 days! Horrible and disappointing customer service from Frigidaire!
