I bought a Beverage Center on August 9, 2021. It works and cools except that the display to allow you to adjust the temperature does not. After checking and finding I cannot get another unit from any location within 50 miles of me nor online, I emailed customer service. Customer service replied back that they sent the issue to technical support and to expect a reply within 72 hours. I waited 120 hours (5 days) before emailing again. After another three days with no response, I called the customer service line. The representative apologized, took my information, and told me she would email me a reference number. She also said to expect a call from technical support on either 8/30/21 or 8/31/21 between 8AM and 5PM (EST). No email and no phone call. I am keeping the item as I cannot replace it, it is the right size for my needs, and it works at the factory temperature setting. However, I will never purchase anything from Frigidaire again.

I bought a Frigidare dishwasher at Lowes and after running it 4 times it stopped working. I called the warranty number and was given the run.around for over a month now with no resolution in sight. They promise repairs but never provide them and continue to avoid their commitment to their warranty. I will never again buy an Electrolux or Frigidare product and recommend others avoid there appliances.

Bought a new upright frigidaire freezer in June 2021. As soon as I plugged it in, fan made noise. Apparently, tech told me bad design, need to install new fan assembly. Three weeks later door hinge broke, door falls off when opening. Tech told me to call FRIGIDAIR as hinges and fan assembly are on back order. Call Frigidaire in July, they told me if I didn't receive parts in 5 days they will replace unit. Call Aug 11th as no parts came in (gave them 10 days) they informed me that they will replace unit. Called August 20, got an email from Frigidaire that tech will be at my house 9/9 to repair. I called local company that Frigidaire said was going to do the work, they knew nothing about it. Call Frigidaire on 8/26 to see what the FU*& is going on. They said they will send parts. I asked what about replacement. Frigidaire Service said not happening now but parts are on back-order. DON'T BUY FRIGIDAIRE IF YOU WANT RELIABILITY OR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK.

I purchased my Frigidaire (Model: FFTR2021TS8) in May of 2021 from Home Depot due to logistical reasons I did not receive the refrigerator until June 2021. I experienced issues where the refrigerator and freezer were no longer staying cold. I called the customer service line 3 times and still have not gotten it fixed. They continually contract out the job to companies far outside of my location. They tell me to call various companies to get it fixed directly and they will bill it to Frigidaire, however I've contacted appliance repair companies that THEY RECOMMEND verbally and in their automated system and they agree they can do the work within a week or two, but they must be contacted by the company directly to receive a work order number. Unfortunately Frigidaire refuses to do so and now I must wait 3 WEEKS without a refrigerator until a repairman can make it out(hopefully). Save yourself a headache, buy the Home Depot extended coverage so you can return it later or buy a completely different brand.

Never got a call back from customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone and none of our emails have been returned. I tried and my wife tried with zero success. If your appliance fails you are on your own. I'm shocked that this is the state of the service side of their business. ALARMING !!!

We purchased a Fridgidaire upright freezer less than two years ago and it failed one month before the end of the warranty period (fortunately). However, dealing with Fridgidaire customer service to simply get a service appointment and to finally get agreement for a refund was two months of hell. Their call center is understaffed, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone, and the process for repair and refund was excruciating. The product is garbage and the customer service is even worse. Stay away from Fridgidaire and any of it's related brands (e.g., electrolux). It's all the same junk.

Frigidaire has the worst customer service. My dehumidifier failed at the one year mark. I filled in the online contact form and received the standard auto reply of “we will contact you in 3-5 business days”. I waited over two weeks with no response. I called the customer service line and was promptly hung up on three times with a recorded message saying they were too busy to take my call. I tried calling back several times over the next two weeks with the same result. I still can’t believe this is how a large appliance chain is operating. I’m now starting a claim process through my credit card insurance. They can chase these guys down.

I just bought two appliances from Bad Boy in Kitchener Ontario Canada .I’m having problems with the product and I cannot get a technician or customer service to help me out with it.I’ve been back-and-forth with customer service and bad boy for the last three months I am so disappointed and I do not like their product. Poorly designed and functional my appliances are three months old and already look like they’re 10 years old. I suggestion do not buy Frigidaire specially the stoves with air fryer and their little noisy dishwasher.And also do not buy with bad boy they don’t care
