This concerns my 18 months NEW Galaxy Frigidaire gas Range. I have had gas stoves in my home since I was a child.  NEVER have I inhaled "exhaust from my stoves."   (This is what the Frigidaire Repair man called it). Two of my neighbors came in who are familiar with gas appliances & they too were gagging at the negative, intense "exhaust fumes". This range literally Stinks! And, it is Not Healthy.  Smelling the exhaust from my auto won't kill me but surely is unhealthy and stinks! Also, my Gallery refrigerator has its issues. Therefore, my 2 Frigidaire new Gallery appliances I definitely would Never recommend to anyone else to buy. People need to know what they are purchasing. I will look for an induction stove, much safer. (Not Frigidaire)

Bought a $1000 Freezer Model # FFUE2022AWE Five months in the Heater coil stops working and the coils freeze up. Causing the Freezer to not work. Waited for a week for a warranty repair tech to come out, then he tells me the part isn't available, not in stock. It's not on backorder, "it isn't available"! So he said he will place an order request and who knows when I will get the part. Never buy an Electrolux / Frigidaire appliance. what a joke.

We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2020. It worked fine for a couple of years until the top hinge pin holding the mullion (the divider between the doors) fell off. When this happened, the refrigerator door would sometimes not close correctly. The refrigerator was still under warranty with Asurant, but they denied the claim saying the problem didn't interfere with the operation of the refrigerator. But it did interfere with the operation of the refrigerator because if the door didn't close properly and no one noticed, the cold air would leak out and potentially allow our food to spoil. Several months later, the bottom hinge pin fell off. Assurant again denied the claim. The tabs holding the hinge pins on are broken and apparently you cannot buy replacements. The mullion is very unstable and wobbles when opening and closing the refrigerator door. It is only held on in the middle now. Although this refrigerator is still under warranty, we are going to have to buy a new refrigerator. What good is a warranty if the company won't honor it?

Frigidaire used to be known for solid construction and long lasting durability. Now, even though I spent nearly $1000 on this new refrigerator, the plastic is cheap – dollar store quality; the plastic barriers on the door shelves fall off every time I close the door, spilling the contents all over the place; the compressor sound is I like having a small motor boat in your house; the freezer temperature is inconsistent. I really can't believe a company would allow their name to be put on a product this poorly constructed. I guess they just want one time buyers and are riding on their old quality name. If there was any way I could return this product I would, but I'm stuck with it for the time being. Just because the refrigerator keeps your food cold doesn't make it worth the money.

I bought a microwave 3 months later where the handle is attached to the door it's cracking they refuse to replace it or at least fix it Crap service even worse product.

We bought a Frigidaire professional refrigerator in July 2023. It broke in mid January 2024, while still under warranty. It took three weeks for a repairman to come look at the refrigerator. It took another five weeks for the part to show up and then another three weeks until the part was replaced. Unfortunately that part didn’t work. The repairman then told me that Frigidaire has very poor customer service. In fact he has had customers who had Frigidaire appliances that broke while still under warranty, which were still were not repaired six months later. Also never did Frigidaire offer to supply at least a temporary appliance or any compensation. Nonetheless, he told me to contact them. When I called Frigidaire customer service, I was transferred to a person who spoke only broken English. His only solution was to send another repairman from a different company. I told him I did not need a different repairman. Rather I needed a working refrigerator. I then asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me his supervisor was not available, but would call me in the next 5–7 days. He gave me the name of the other appliance repair shop and told me they would reach out to me next week. As I had never heard of this repair shop, I looked them up. According to Google, the repair shop is a mere 453 miles (7 hours and 28 minutes) from our home. I’m betting I won’t hear from the supervisor or this repair shop. The only reassurance I have received today is from my wife. We will never buy another product from Frigidaire/Electrolux. I would encourage anybody reading this review to stay away from this company.

I have a model LFHG2251TF6 Frigidaire refrigerator. It's actually ok other than the ice cube maker design. In summary, every single time I open the ice cube tray to retrieve ice, the arm that shuts off the ice production knocks ice cubes to the floor. I've tried everything to correct it. It's terrible to get annoyed each time you want to make a drink. By the way, I tried to write a review on the Frigidaire website and they would never allow it even though I was polite and honest.

I have all Frigidaire appliances. After trying to locate a a $.05 piece of plastic, it seems I have to replace the entire door. The hinge has to slip over this tab so that the door closes properly. Apparently, Frigidaire does not sell this tab. I have spent hours trying to speak with someone who could at least identify this part. This is part 82 and you can clearly see the tab which is not available. Clearly, I will not purchase Frigidaire/Electrolux EVER again. This is simply unacceptable. This means: Buy a new door and pay for someone to come and install. WOW!!!!! Better to dump the frig and look for a reputable company.
