I have all Frigidaire appliances. The last one I bought was a top of the line refrigerator. I have the one year manufacturer warranty and bought a 5 year extra warranty through Lowe’s. After only 6 months the door to the butter tray broke at the hinge. We only used it normally with no accidental drops etc. I called to have a new one sent and was told they don’t cover “non-functional parts.” A door that opens and closes on a regular basis sounds like a functional part. However, they offered to sell me one for $87!!! What a joke!

Maybe a 1. Will attempt to keep concise. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRAND! Call Center is for the most part unprofessional and WILL NEVER connect you to a Supervisor under any circumstances. Alter 11 calls, being hung up on, disconnected, and condescendingly spoken to;was able to be in contact with the preferred rep … I’m still waiting for Fridgidaire to stand by their product. Their reps are ALL TALK and zero accountability. The follow through is the WORST I’ve experienced since being a victim of the Samsung Defect! Prevailed there. Inconvenience was priceless. My current unit is under a year old, purchased at Lowes. Gallery French Door model, has had at least 3 major parts replaced! The Freezer drawer was examined by THEIR SERVICE VENDOR. It was put in writing that the cracks and buckling on top of drawer was caused by condensation and leaking by the icemaker that was replaced. A combo of water leaking and cold air being lost DIRECTLY UNDER DEFECTIVE ICE MAKER caused the damage THEIR SERVICE VENDOR PUT IN WRITING THAT THE DAMAGE WAS FUNCTIONAL. Totally ignored TWICE denied by FRIGIDAIRE IN “a Tropical call center” I was told because they claimed cosmetic!!!??? Who buys a First Quality Unit in excess of 2.5 K with known cosmetic damage? And!!! They will only repair cosmetic door/drawer issues for 7 days!! The Lowe’s salesmen never disclosed this fact! No surprise! But!!!! There was no damage to unit upon purchase and delivery. Finally I believed when the facts were in that this unit was in a lot of defective units, they sent a replacement drawer to my home. I did not open box so as not to be accused of any harM. I do not even know if it’s the correct part! I had to call F with concern at the chemical odor the box emitted. Their response was they did not know maybe call repair vendor. I have babies, elders, a pregnancy and pets. Zero priority or concern for safety. Now EVEN THOUGH THEIR SERVICE VENDOR PUT IN WRITING THAT DRAWER IS NOT COSMETIC TODAY, they are trying to say they do not cover COSMETIC ISSUES AFTER THE INITIAL 7 day period!? Waiting on now a SERVICE TEAM in Philippines to make final decision after they have their word to me and their service vendor they are responsible. Even have valid work order numbers. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SALESPEOPLE SELLING SUCH BIG TICKET ITEMS. IN THE PROCESS OF OF OTHER VENUES TO RESOLVE but no way would I buy another Frigidaire anything. The service is way beneath acceptable and the lies they tell could make for Fairy tale reads!

My 1 year old frigidaire dryer started blowing cold. I called to get it repaired. Frigidaire the company couldn't care less. There rude, don't care about the customer. After you buy one of there products they don't help you. Bad company.

I purchased a dishwasher brand new, to find out one of the parts inside is cracked. When I call service warranty they said they will replace the part... Still waiting 5 weeks later. This company I will never buy anything from if I could rate them zero I would.

I ordered a wall oven in June of 2023, when it arrived it was completely crushed and unusable. They refused to replace it and eventually sent a technician to "fix" it. He visited several times saying I needed the fan and some other part replaced and he would put the order in for the part. Then Frigidaire would declare that was cosmetic so they would not fix it. Finally the technician made sure the parts were ordered, but that took nearly 3 months. When we finally had the parts the technician realized the chassis was so bent it could not be repaired. Eventually I was able to receive a refund. I still needed an oven though and that was the only one that would fit. So I ordered another one, it was supposed to be delivered on Black Friday, then was delayed until Dec 8, then Jan 18. So I finally said nevermind and I got a large toaster oven. I still have a gapping hole in my cabinets where there should be an oven.

I bought an induction cooktop 03/07/23 It cracked less than 2 weeks later The retailer I bought it from ,Kam Appliance, of Hyannis Ma, told me it was Frigidaires problem. I have talked to customer service 9 times since then. They told me the part is out of stock. The last call told me that it would be in stock early Nov. still nothing. eight months now going on nine. I even tried to leave a review on their web sight. When i enter my model number it says the model number is incorrect. The cooktop with that model number is available at both Lowe's and Home depot. Wish I had bought it from them.Probably better customer service. I tried to give local business' the sale .

This is the worst company ever between them and Lowes I've been with out a fridge since last week in August one blames it on the other I'm disabled that makes no difference to either company fridgiunfair scheduled me for repairs both times its a no show called everyday I get hung up on I've had no fridge for 3 months and it's 12_1_2023 and still no fridge

We bought an induction coooktop at the end of June. It stopped working in September. We were told that it needed a new computer. When the repair person returned, we were told it needed a second new computer and that the major element was broken. We are still waiting. It’s on warranty but no replacement has been offered.
