We’re truly sorry to hear of your continued disappointment. Please know that because our foods are all-natural and made without artificial or chemical preservatives, they can sometimes be at risk for spoilage if exposed to oxygen for a prolonged period of time, much like other fresh groceries. This can occur if there is even minor damage to the packaging, such as a small cut or microscopic tear. We’re glad to hear you were able to print the replacement coupons, and we sincerely hope that your next experience with Freshpet is a much better one. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.
