THIS store does not exist! They are in China, and never sent anything. I also contend that anyone giving them anything over 1 star, are SCAMMERS they have submitting fake reviews. There are many FAKE things on Google about them also. They scammed the shipping numbers, and then say that the items/shipment was destroyed by the USPS. I went there with the shipping codes they provided, and they did not exist. They only way FS would KNOW an item was "disposed of/destroyed" by USPS is if the code was available to SEE. I was able to get the charges returned to my account by providing the statement from Postal worker, fake shipping emails and other things they did to try to make you believe they shipped the items. I am now EDITING MY REVIEW: THEY The Frenchie Shop just sent a reply to my REVIEW: THEY are now changing their story to "the items were returned to them"! HAA! A. THE SHIPPING CODES DO NOT, DID NOT EXIST! I CONFIRMED THIS, IN PERSON AT THE USPOST OFFICE THAT HANDLES MY MAIL!" There were 2 shipping type codes listed on the "NOTIFICATIONS" I kept receiving showing various points where this package was, and the ones saying THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DESTROYED/BY THE POST OFFICE! NONE of this ever happened! I was assured of this by Post Office. Plus, MY MAILMAN has been the same guy for 2 decades! I know him and he knows me. MY package would have been put in his delivery area and he would have delivered it to me, whether THEY CHANGED THE LAST NUMBER ON MY ADDRESS or NOT! I REPEAT, THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Now FRENCHIE SHOP is asking for MY phone number, etc. (which they have on my ORDER) AND saying if I don't provide this they are going to have my REVIEW DELETED! BELOW is my order, the payment amount, the order number and ONE of the shipping numbers, there were two on the emails. This should sufficiently show that I ordered from them (SEE YOUR ORDER NUMBER BELOW) So if Trustpilot allows them to delete this, because they won't give up on trying to get rid of my REVIEW (WHICH MAKES ME WONDER...How many people do they pay to write those FAKE ONES?) STOP HARASSING ME WITH YOUR FAKE attempts to remove this review. and NO I'm not posting my address again for you nor my phone number. It is ON THE ORDER. I had to provide it to pay, to get it shipped and you sent me an email saying the POST OFFICE DESTROYED IT. Which makes you people total scam artists.
