I ordered a harness for my 7mo frenchie. The product arrived in a timely manner, it was high quality, and very durable material. The harness was a little small. Customer service responded to my exchange inquiry in less than 24 hours. I was impressed with their customer service.

This company seems like a scam. I have never received a track and trace for my order I placed over two weeks ago. I have emailed and not received and reply and my latest email bounced back. They were happy to take my money though. Shame of you! If you can’t supply then at least reply saying that and refund the money.

Ordered a harness which is to big. Contacted the seller and was offered a smaller replacement at no charge. Good customer service, seems like a good quality product. Just be patient with the shipping, it takes at least two weeks.

I wanted to love this store & products but they are horrible. Weeks went by & no delivery. Contacted them & was told color ordered out of stock (I was never told this after order placed). Over 30 days later now, still no product replacement delivery & tracking provided is useless. Avoid buying from here!!!

I messed up on the size of my frenchies coat, and they replaced it for me. Their customer service is outstanding. I love these guys!

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Shipping takes forever due to products manufactured and shipped from China with little or no tracking capability. Company communication is terrible, and return process is non-existent. Many companies do an excellent job catering to the Frenchie owner community, but this is not one of them. Avoid!

I’m anxiously awaiting my replacement backpack for my frenchie. The customer service team was quick to respond.
