The company had a property listed for 20,000AED online. When I enquired they tried to charge me double the price! This company try’s their luck by trying to scam people why over the money listed on Bayut. Stay clear do not use!

From the moment we walked in to the apartment, although it was pretty decor… it was filthy! I refused to sit on the sofa or walk bare foot. We had to get cleaners in immediately to deep clean. Constant issues with appliances- washing machine etc, poorly managed by their team. Never ever stay with Frank Porter, heard from many people they have an awful reputation. And the worst part… after staying for a month, while we were at a friends wedding in Europe, they threw our stuff in black bin bags. Rather than giving their new tenant another apartment they ruthlessly evicted us. Mistake owned at their end on dates and we had to suffer. Horrific experience.

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed. The hosting team were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. Perfect location. Quiet yet close to all the important destinations. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to return!
