I had given my apartment in Dubai for FP to manage and when I handed it over to them, it was in perfect condition, fully furnished (all new). When I received the apartment back after 3 years of them managing it, i had the shock of my life as it cost me nearly $3000 to fix everything that was damaged in the apartment. This being said, FP charged me almost every month to fix items in the apartment but clearly, they charged but didn't fix a thing. Very disappointing experience and will not recommend any owner to trust them with property management.
