I had an amazing stay at Bobby's place with Frank Porter! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, conveniently located and incredibly comfortable. The apartment always smelled nice I'm not even sure how. The amenities were all working and available. The apartment looks exactly the same as the photos. The view from the spacious and cozy balcony is wonderful! Everything worked perfectly, and the attention to detail was clear. Bobby was an outstanding host - very responsive and supportive throughout my stay. He even provided the contact information I needed for my tourist visa procedures, including a PDF, which was super helpful! The location was so convenient, with a mini-mart and hair salon just downstairs, and it was close to downtown. I absolutely loved my stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bobby was even flexible with the early check-in. Highly recommend the apartment I stayed in, including my host Bobby and Frank Porter. I would definitely come back! Worth every penny and second! Thank you so much from the deepest end of my heart!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. It was pretty clean and the overall experience was great!

The apartment was clean and very close to amenities. The building had a 24hour security and the owner had already turned on the ac for us, which was great since it was really hot. Overall a great place, would recommend!

Where do I start? We gave them a property to manage and it was the biggest mistake we could have done. Once the pretty sales lady goes away, reality hits with incompetence. First two reviews came in with one star citing problems with the management company. Their way to fix it was to propose fake reviews. We also tried to stay ourselves to see what our guests were complaining about and we realised they were so right. Took them 4 days to deliver towels etc. it is a scam ran by arrogant amateurs. There is no escalation mechanism. Management does not exist. At the end we made peanuts ( if anything at all), way far from any projections they had shown us ( which were just a pretty picture), they had the property empty during the highest periods, they lost access cards, mixed and matched cutlery from other apartments, never gave us a proper inventory of what was in the apartment ( and it was bought with our money), and overcharged for everything including their decoration services which were miles away from what they showed as at the brochure ( they never gave us a breakdown but judging by the fact we found 99percent of the furniture in home centre and Danube we know they spent half the budget). Stay away.

Professional. Available 24 hours . Best experience

I would like to thank Frank Porter for a phenomenal stay in their Dubai Marina apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the description matched what was advertised. I have already recommended this property to friends and will stay again when I return. Most importantly, he was honest, had great communication, and I felt incredibly valued as a client.

Great Place ❤️
