The apartment was not clean, there was a bad smell in the rooms, and the blankets had stains, so I couldn't extend my stay and booked another hotel.

المكان نظيف. يعتبر شوي بعيد عن دبي مول يباله مشي. واصلين تقريبا 4 العصر فاحتاجوا وقت يدخلونا تقريبا دخلنا 5 بس عوضونا عطونا ساعه لين 1 خروج. المسابح كبيره وفيه العاب للاطفال تحت . فيه سوبر ماركت تحت. ما فيه تنظيف طول فتره الاقامه بس حاطيين لكم اكياس اتجمعوا الزباله وفيه اماكن مخصصه عدال الشقه. بصراحه مكيف الصاله يارد الغرف مكيفاتها حاره . عطونا باركنين . واهم ملاحظه ما شي كلينكس بالشقه فقط رولات الحمام

The apartment and the view are beautiful; it's just as it appears in the photos and description. Check-in is super easy, and Frank Porter responds very quickly to any questions. But be careful! If you leave something in your room when you check out, you won't get it back! We left a bag full of cash in the room, which the cleaning staff apparently didn't find, even though we gave them a tip. As a result, I wouldn't book with Frank Porter again because they don't trust you!

It was a satisfactory experience. Would be helpful to have a guide or someone to help around instead of security personal only.

The check in process was not professional and the door while going out was unable to close and no one explained how does it works, the towels was smelly. Sorry to say that,but this is my experience during my stay at the apartment.

شقة صغيرة جدا تكفي شخص واحد فقط او اثنان كحد اقصى.. اطلاله جميله قريبه من دبي مول .. تحتها خدمات جميله.. كانوا متعاونين في تسجيل الدخول المبكر و ليسوا متعاونين في تسجيل الخروج مع العلم اني دفعت لاخر يوم.. ولكن دفعت زياده لتاخير تسجيل الخروج .. وايضا كان هناك رائحه غير جيده في الشقه .
