Its my first time to book through Frank porter , they were very professional - they respond to emails immediately ( i was concerned at beginning that I dont have a direct mobile of a host but they were extremely fast!) Also they accommodated our asks for a crib and extended late checkout which was very helpful with kids The only area to improve the host didnt explain everything in details to us and one of the keys was not activated but all was fixed easily , still I highly recommend them and will book again in future

We had a slight delay in gaining entry, but host rectified quickly and the flat was amazing. Very well equipped and great location in the centre of the Marina and close to the Metro. Had a great stay and would highly recommend. Would definitely book again, thanks for a great stay.

Apartment was just like the pictures. Checkin was difficult as i reserved the apartment only 3 hours before coming but the team helped to fix the issue promptly. Closet in the apartment was broken but maintenance came in and fixed it quickly. Frank & porter is very responsive and willing to find a solution.

Soggiorno di 2 settimane per lavoro. Appartamento in posizione favorevole alla mia attività. Facilità nella fase di check-in anche se sono arrivato circa un'ora prima del previsto. Appartamento pulito e completo di ciò che serve. Lavatrice/asciugatrice molto comoda e disponibilità di stendibiancheria che in altre abitazioni dove sono stato a Dubai e Abu Dhabi è una cosa tutt'altro che scontata. Collegamento internet non particolarmente efficiente e spesso ho dovuto usare il mio smartphone per ottenere prestazioni migliori. Ho avuto un problema di mancanza collegamento internet per un paio d'ore che è stato prontamente risolto. Il Rubinetto della cucina non risulta bloccato e si muove continuamente quando si usa. Devo dire che non ho ritenuto di avvisare l'host che sicuramene avrebbe provveduto. Nel complesso tornerei a prenotare un appartamento con loro.
