Been waiting for a refund for 11 days of 13,500 Dhs. They say it’s been initiated but still can’t give me an ARN number to confirm. Every time I call they say it will take 24 hours to get this!!

Amazing place! I stayed in one of their properties the chaos in UAE and they helped me so much, checked on me all the time, got complementary cleaning, apartment was lovely and clean and in a new building!

I am not a fan of the company, not senior management I spoke to, robotic, disrespectful and greedy. Untill I spoke to a guy called Ahmad, he changed the situation from a disaster to me taking long term. All thanks to hus understanding and politeness of dealing with me. I value Ahmed and I would want him to work for me if not appreciated in this company

Honestly, the apartment was amazing and exactly like the photos. Everything was perfectly clean and well organized. We even received some welcome gifts, which was such a nice touch! The communication was excellent whenever we had a question, we got an immediate response. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend it, 5/5 without hesitation!

We had a slight delay in gaining entry, but host rectified quickly and the flat was amazing. Very well equipped and great location in the centre of the Marina and close to the Metro. Had a great stay and would highly recommend. Would definitely book again, thanks for a great stay.
