The apartment was not clean, there was a bad smell in the rooms, and the blankets had stains, so I couldn't extend my stay and booked another hotel.

Its my first time to book through Frank porter , they were very professional - they respond to emails immediately ( i was concerned at beginning that I dont have a direct mobile of a host but they were extremely fast!) Also they accommodated our asks for a crib and extended late checkout which was very helpful with kids The only area to improve the host didnt explain everything in details to us and one of the keys was not activated but all was fixed easily , still I highly recommend them and will book again in future

We had a great stay with Frank Porter in Dubai South and Emaar South! We stayed in the apartment for 1 month, and everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. A special thank you to Allen and Rowell as well as their customer support for their excellent service. They were friendly, professional, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. Their support made our stay even better. We highly recommend Frank Porter to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Dubai. We would definitely book with them again!
