I have just received two chairs from France and Son and I am very pleased. I have to admit that I was really worried after reading the reviews on this site and felt stupid for not checking reviews before I ordered. I wanted chairs from Four Hands but couldn't figure out how to have them shipped to Canada. I found a place here that would import them for me but at a HUGE cost. So, I scoured the internet and found the chairs at France and Son, who deliver to Canada. I jumped on it immediately and then started to worry a bit when the chairs that were supposed to be "in stock" were all of a sudden given a delivery date of a few months out. I followed up a few times and always received a reply. When they shipped, I received a tracking link so I could watch where the truck was at all time and the delivery team contacted me with a delivery time. I am overall extremely happy - the chairs are beautiful, the delivery was handled expertly (I did pay for white glove service) and I saved thousands of dollars. Thank you!

France and son is the one biggest furniture and home decor, the product and the price is really good, you will like all the product

I placed the order a year ago. I got an email a month ago and saying that it shipped out. we still have not received it! The FedEx label was canceled! Updated 12/14/22: We were not upgraded to White glove service! we actually got a bill to pay before we schedule the delivery. When we called we were told that the extra cost was for white glove and if we don't pay it is just regular delivery! Aall in all it took over a year and the service was horrible.

I was recently contacted by Trust Pilot demanding proof of my terrible experience with France and Son over 4 months ago. If I didn’t produce it they would remove my 1 star review. To summarize, I canceled an order in less than 24 hours and France and Sons refused to issue me a refund. The bots kept trying to sell me things. I had to use my credit card to get my money back. Horrible company.

We ordered a king bed in September, 2021. We were told 3 different times it was being shipped only to be told there was an "error at the warehouse." Finally, after over a year we had to get angry and insist on a response of when our bed would be delivered and get a supervisor involved. We finally go out bed and I love it but was it worth the hassle?

This is a fantastic piece of furniture. The quality of the wood and craftsmanship is impeccable. Only the legs needed to be added once it arrived. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took 6 weeks to arrive. I wish I could add a photo to show you how beautiful this piece of furniture is.

Really bad! I ordered two barstools and only received one. So I’ve been robbed! The one I did receive has a leg that is one inch shorter than the other 3 and it looks used. There are multiple scuffs on all of the legs. They told me to file a claim that may or may not be accepted. This is my third order with them and this is my second order with damage. Now I will need to dispute the charges.

I haven't received any information on my product I ordered and it's been over 2 months
