i just emailed framebridge for the 3rd time since stopping in almost a month ago to inquire about artwork i dropped off to be framed november 23. since then, i've had artwork framed at a different location (sadly had to be sent back to wharehouse / wasn't done well) and artwork framed locally at a mom & pop shop (which i may go fully back to). i was told art dropped off around the holidays has taken precedence - ?????? i guess november 23rd doesn't count. after 3 emails, and an in-person visit asking about my art - i don't know what to do. they gave me a 40% discount, as if i'd want to use framebridge again... very frustrated

I sent in art 11-12 to get back in time for Christmas. Still no word on it being done by December 14, and when I asked customer service they just said "sorry we aren't meeting our normal standards". I asked for it to be refunded and sent back. I only hope to get it in time to gift (frameless) and undamaged.

So so good! And excellent customer service. Super happy with the result. The whole experience was 5/5!

I had very high hopes for using Framebridge for my artwork- my original delivery date was to be Nov 8/21. However, after placing my order , I received a follow-up that showed an image of how my artwork was going to look once framed. I noticed that not only was the mat color not what I had ordered but the area around the mat was also incorrect ( I had a notation on my order which was not followed and they acknowledge as much) . I called and the customer service reps made all the changes and then said I would have a new delivery date of Nov 11. There was no mention that ship dates were not relevant, so I took the customer agent at her word. When I called back a week later to see if my order was in fact being shipped, they informed me that the framing of my artwork had only just begun and that I would not have a ship date until Nov 30th! I was also told that it wasn’t even a guarantee . In fact, they would be unable to guarantee any ship date at all. I was put off by, Joshua's lack of empathy for the dilemma I had been put in ( this was a wedding gift and my deadline was the weekend of the 13th which of course was missed. At this point I feel stuck - I’d like to cancel the order but worry they may lose my artwork like so many others have experienced here. I wish I’d checked them out before I ordered frankly. I’ll just have to wait and see how they turn up or if they turn up at a reasonable timeframe.

I had an excellent experience with Framebridge. I had a minor issue with my order and they were quick to fix it and I’m very very happy with the frames I received. I will most definitely be ordering here again.

We have ordered over 10 photos/frames, not only for ourselves but for gifts. We have always been absolutely happy with all our orders. We can only go off our experience but we have hands down been happy with them. If we could upload examples of the products we would.

Is it possible to give zero stars?! Not only did they lose my picture, but they also had me send the receipt for the missing item and under their non-existent "Art Care Guarantee", they said they would reimburse me for the lost item. They have my address and keep trying to tell me that it has been returned. I believe this is fraud and that those nice customer service people are just covering for what they know is bad quality, bad service and a company that should not be in business. Buyer Beware! And as for the response I received - this seems typical of most of these companies. They spend more time marketing and publicly fixing their image than actually fixing the issue. To date, I have not heard from anyone at Framebridge.

I had already sworn off using Framebridge when they botched my framing order not once, but twice. But they really do have nice customer service reps...and one reached out to apologize and give me a 25% off coupon for my next order. I needed to send a wedding gift out of state, and decided to take the risk and try them again with the 25% off coupon. BIG MISTAKE. This time their shipping box and shipping service (UPS) failed to protect my original artwork. The items arrived bent/creased. They will still frame the art and send it to our newlywed friends, but I have asked for a full refund. They gave me my money back, but I will NEVER EVER use their service again. Too risky after multiple failures. I wish those of you who do continue to use this service the best of luck with your art and photos.
