good service
Good service, they did a great job framing one of my pieces, then when there was an issue with my second piece, they made it right.

Compared to competitors they are pricey and I understand this but compared to the other reviews I had no issues with the frames in question delivery was right on time too The maple wood frame was an excellent quality finish and looks fantastic quality wise they've held up extremely well

I sent in a print to be framed. The turn around time and shipping was pretty quick and the process was easy. Unfortunately multiple things were wrong with my order. I ordered a black mat but received a white one. Also the print was framed so the orientation (which I noted) was wrong. It was turned 90 degrees to the right, instead of right side up. Lastly (and this is more about the quality) the frame I ordered had a gold front. There was gold paint smudged all inside the bubble wrap. They must have slapped some paint on it and didn’t even let it dry. I emailed customer service and they offered to redo the framing. So I sent it back and once it returned it was still wrong. The print is still turned the wrong way in The fame despite explaining over email and putting printed out instructions with posted in the box. At this be point I know they will still probably do it incorrectly so no point in trying to send it back again. Edited to add: I did receive prompt and caring customer service. I understand mistakes happen and they do want to make it right.

Hi Madeline. We are so sorry to hear that again the frames had problems. We understand it's incredibly frustrating, and we want to make it right for you. Would you mind sharing your order number and how/when you'd like to be contacted (phone or email)? We will ensure a customer experience agent coordinates with you to get you what you asked for, for no additional charge. Again, we're so sorry, and look forward to giving you what you want.

I have to say I had a fairly good experience with Framebridge. I read some of the negative reviews here (but only after I sent my artwork away and started getting nervous) but everything went smoothly. I float framed a 12" round original artwork. $129. Ordered Sept 15th Box to ship my artwork off Sep 18th I sent it out Sep 20th They received it Sep 26th I got an email that they unpackaged it Oct 1st I got 'designer's choice' and they sent me 3 frame options Oct 2 I chose and they confirmed Oct 3 I didn't hear anything by Oct 12 and was getting nervous so I emailed to check on it. They got straight back to me letting me know it was about to be shipped out. It shipped out Oct 14th I got it Oct 18th. Looks great. No issues. So it took a little over a month from when I clicked to order to getting it back. The price is just OK when compared to Michaels/Aaron Bros framing. So if you're in a hurry or want more choice, I'd definitely say go to Michaels. If you just want someone to deal with it and don't care about timing, Framebridge is great. I wish during the framing process I'd get an update or an email to say it would take 11 days so I knew not to get worried.

Hi Melanie, Thanks so much for the review! You prove a good point in pointing out that when shipping in art, the process can be longer. However, you shipped the art fast and replied to your Designer's Choice email promptly as well, so it should have been faster. We're working to improve delivery time (with new ways like store drop-off). Let us know if there is anything else!

I’ve placed three orders from Framebridge so far. The first one came in multiple deliveries, there were two duplicate framed photos in my gallery wall order, and I ended up with two extra framed pictures (one that I didn’t even order!).... I also received the wrong template tonhang the gallery wall and no hardware which had been promised. It took me over a month to get everything sorted out! The second order was a gift, and the recipients didn’t report back any issues, though after tonight, I’ll be calling and asking them for a full report. 🙄 The third is outright embarrassing - for me as a gift giver and for Framebridge, which SHOULD correct the issue and give me a refund. We’ll see what they do. I sent my brother’s family a framed photo with a caption from a family vacation, and because it was a surprise, I was mortified when his wife texted me a picture of a framed feminist piece of art with an awkward question about if I had sent them that package! Are you kidding me? I’ve never seen that picture in my life and it’s a stark contrast to what I thoughtfully planned, created, and paid for! I was hoping my first, month-long debacle was a fluke and that I might actually be able to recommend this company in the future, but now I’m advising people steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company. How can you mess up a customized order that you accept money for? 😡
