I've visited Framebridge stores twice, and unfortunately, both experiences left me feeling misled by their pricing. Framebridge promotes its pricing as transparent, even stating on its website that "the price you see is the price you'll pay." However, that has not been my experience. During both visits, I worked with store associates to select the matting, mounting, and frame. The process makes it seem as though these selections are included in the advertised price based on the size of the piece. It isn't until the final quote that you realize the actual cost is nearly double what you were led to expect. My frustration isn't necessarily with the price itself, but with the lack of transparency throughout the process. If certain selections significantly increase the cost, that should be communicated upfront rather than revealed at the end. While I will acknowledge that the quality of Framebridge's work is nice, I have walked away from both experiences feeling deceived. For a company that makes transparent pricing such a central part of its marketing, this is particularly disappointing. As a result, I've decided to return to my local neighborhood framer for my current framing needs. I'd rather support a business where I feel confident that the pricing is straightforward and that I know what I'm paying for.

I witnessed a van bearing this company’s name driving on the freeway shoulder to bypass traffic, cutting people off, and traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. The driver was essentially creating their own lane, nearly causing collisions and putting other motorists at risk. This was incredibly dangerous and unprofessional. No schedule or appointment justifies putting people’s safety at risk. How your employees drive a company vehicle reflects on your business, and this left a terrible impression. Management needs to address this before someone gets seriously hurt

Such a horrible experience from start to finish. First, the young lady in the store sounded and acted like an AI, with too much pointless/aimless flattery and not enough substantive recommendation. When I chose my own, the delays because of returns for correction make this not worth it. The pricing, though gloriously visible, is not any better than most local framers (and way more than Hobby Lobby). I'll never use this framing service again, and question their hiring practices sincerely.

I wanted to reach out to share my concerns regarding my recent experience with the hiring process for the Wellesley location. I understand that hiring decisions take time and that companies need to evaluate multiple candidates before making a decision. I also completely respect the decision to continue interviewing and ultimately select another candidate. My frustration, however, is with the way the process was communicated and handled. After my initial interview, I received an email stating that the position had been filled. I later learned directly from the manager that the position was still open and that the team was continuing to interview candidates. While that inconsistency was confusing, I remained genuinely interested in the opportunity and was encouraged by my in-person conversation with the manager. I enjoyed meeting her, learning about the position and the team, and left the conversation feeling very positive about the possibility of joining Framebridge. Because of that, I continued to wait and followed up appropriately when I had not received an update. After an extended period, I was ultimately told on August 31 that the team was still interviewing applicants and that I should feel free to pursue other opportunities. I have no issue with being told that the company decided to move in another direction. What I do find disappointing is that it took this long to receive what was essentially a definitive response, particularly after the earlier communication that the position had already been filled. As a candidate, I invested my time and genuine interest in the process, and I believe it was reasonable to expect clearer and more timely communication in return. I’m sharing this with you because I think it is important for leadership to be aware of how this process can feel from the candidate’s perspective. A hiring process is also an opportunity for a company to demonstrate how it treats people, and unfortunately, my experience did not leave me with the positive impression of Framebridge that I had initially hoped for. I remain appreciative of the time the manager spent speaking with me, but I would be remiss if I didn't express my disappointment with the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and can help improve the candidate experience for others in the future. I reached out to the owner and contacts at corporate offices, and never received a response, which is terribly unfortunate. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Framebridge went above and beyond. They tracked down my package after it had weaved its way through the UPS system and worked with me to make sure the artwork was framed exactly as I wanted it. It now hangs in the corridor of my home, and every time I pass by and look at it, it makes me happy. I’m so pleased with the final result and truly appreciate the care and customer service throughout the process.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Framebridge and will continue using them for future framing projects.

I have loved Framebridge for years and have had great customer experiences both ordering online and in person at my local store. Framing pictures and items from trips and events have made great, memorable, and easy gifts for friends and family. The quality of all the frames I’ve ordered has been top tier from a float mounted dinner menu to a framed picture holiday ornament. I’ve always been pleased with their attention to detail, customer service, and craftsmanship. Couldn’t recommend Framebridge more whether as a great meaningful gift option or for your own personal collection.
