So I ordered from them a few weeks ago and my order came the next week. So I placed anther order last Friday and paid for express shipping, it has now been a week and my order has not been shipped and I have not heard back from them as too why, and it seems the only way to contact them is threw email which makes resolving this even harder

Scam artist ! Stay away !! They advertise one fragrance then ship another . When you point out their error , the will accept your return … BUT … you have to pay shipping both ways and a BS “restock” fee . Had to dispute with credit card company . Absolute criminal!! How someone can think they can just ship a different product without your consent is beyond me . Update … I had for some reason thought I’d over look having to fight them to get my money back my first experience and ordered from them a 2nd time . It was for a bday present … I paid for expedited shipping which their website said would ship in two days … well I ordered on the 5th and the did not ship for 8 days !!! Sent repeated emails about the delay and the extra money I was charged to ship in two days … No RESPONSE!! They did apparently try to have my review here taken down though

After reading the reviews I was somewhat skeptical from buying from Fragranceshop.com until now. I ordered my cologne last Monday night expected a shipping number by Wed or Thursday but did not receive one. On Friday, I panicked and called the tel. number which no one picked up so I emailed the customer service email on my receipt. Within 5 minutes I received a response with a shipping number, it was amazing! I thought too good to be true. Whoever it was on the other end deserves a great customer service award. On Friday night, the package was given to UPS and I received it within 2 business days. I received my package today Monday, My cologne was double packaged (fantastic) from this company so it would not break, the cologne was in its original box unopened from the original retailer, I even received another 35 percent off coupon to use on my next purchase. The price was teriffic. It is my original cologne that I have been using for the past 30 years in its original box. I would definately order again and recommend this company to family and friends.
