Great fragrance shop if you’re looking for good deals, Took approximately 2 weeks to be delivered to my home in Vic, Aus. Pros: - authentic colognes - good prices - relatively quick shipping Cons: - Poor communication. I purchased My order on the 16th of october, and it took them a week to send out, and reply to my emails about asking for tracking. Overall, great place to shop for fragrances but don’t expect to much communication from their end, just have to be patient. Will definitely shop here again.

FragranceShop.com has my perfume I've been using for 20+ years and priced really good too so I bought 3 and it only took 7 days to reach me in Australia, through FedX. 💜 I'm extremely happy and will definitely order again.

THIS IS NOT AMAZON Y'all, it's a small business located in NJ and they can't move as fast as most people are used to. I found the best prices on several fragrances I was eyeing so I placed a small order using PayPal just to test (due to the negative reviews). I placed my order on a Wednesday, shipping label created on Friday but the post office didn't receive my package until the following Tuesday. I had my package the next day (Wednesday morning) but I'm also in NJ. So 1 week exactly. If you order just know it could take 2 weeks depending on where u live. My order was accurate and authentic. I'm thrilled and placing a big order today. These grey market sites keep costs low by not having an army working for them. They move slower and don't have the most up to date inventory programs. Why do you think they're so much cheaper? You want super speedy and perfect transactions pay full retail.

-No communication -Slow shipping. Ordered nearly a week ago and says still processing Update: I contacted them and they shipped my order nearly right away. My order was delivered successfully. Still, better communication is needed. Overall I would order from them again as their prices are great despite the slow standard shipping I experienced.

8 days ago I placed an order. Within two days UPS gave me a delivery date meaning that Fragranceshop had at least created a shipping label. My order was then updated to say delivery would be Sept 1 which was 7 days from the order. Fragranceshop was using UPS SmartPost which adds delays because UPS delivers to the post office and then they eventually deliver to my house. Because of that once I had the delivery date I paid UPS $8 to upgrade to UPS Ground to have it delivered faster straight to my house specifically for one cologne in my order for my son’s birthday. I did that upgrade at 7AM a few days ago, later that day I get a PayPal refund from Fragranceshop for a small amount of my order but zero communication what it was for. I reached out and they eventually replied saying that the cologne was the reason I upgraded shipping for was now not in stock so I would even get that. They then asked if I wanted the rest, again this was ONLY after I sent a complaint, they didn’t reach out on their own. I said yes I wanted the rest and now 2 days later, a day after it was all supposed to be delivered, UPS still has never received anything at all. I’ve used Fragranceshop for YEARS, and this unfortunately is starting to feel like a scam where I unfortunately spent over $200 on stuff that they either don’t have and won’t admit it, their service is so bad that they’ve not got around to shipping 3 bottles, or it’s now a scam of some sort.

Colognes are at a great price and ship promptly.
