They don’t answer the phone I placed my order on the 12/12/2023 and they shipped on 12/19/2023 a week later bad service and shipping

If you go in with the expectation that not every company ships as fast as Amazon, and you're getting a legit product at a solid discounted price, fragranceshop is worth ordering from. I didn't get an update on my order for 5 days, but by the time I got the update it was only a couple days away from delivering. No complaints!

You cannot complain because prices are best in the game. Customer support is also kind and answered to my emails promptly. The preparation and shipping process takes longer than most sites but I don’t mind. Just wait at least the whole shipping window before you get bothered. I’m pleased.
