I placed a order of mens fragrances for about 200 dollars worth, they double a bunch of my fragrances on my order, and they answered 1 email me know where to mail them back too. I paid thirty something at the ups store for shipping, and they never refunded my money, it's going on a month now since they received my order and still no refund they will not return any of my emails! And they didn't send me 2 fragrances that they charged me twice for. All in all they stole over 130 dollars from me I just wish I would have kept the fragrances instead of me returning them. Because now they kept my fragrances and my money plus shipping cost. They will have to answer to GOD one day for there theft.

Purchase online waiting for you over two weeks is no way in the world You can contact this company. I sent them multiple emails through customer service never reached back never received a call back never received email back nothing. You cannot reach them by phone. They have a fake numbers nobody answer no voicemail this company is horrible. I’m going to cancel my order and dispute the charge on my credit card, can’t find out any information on shipping status of the order or any other information anything Stay away save yourself the time in the aggravation.

I made a purchase on 12/31/23. I have yet to receive my order. I received an email on 1/7/24 that my order has shipped. When reviewing everything they provided the package has not shipped and they have not responded to any of my emails. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing something online.

selling fake watered down fragrances. should've noticed something when i opened the box and there were obvious signs that the fragrance had been tampered with. just wrote an email to them not sure if they're gonna reply. never buying from them again. dont fall for the 5 star reviews, probably fake reviews from fake accounts they created to boost the rating up

Bought the 5th Avenue Elizabeth Arden for my wife. Unfortunately for us we did not check immediately for its authentic smell that we know very well when we received it in the mail. The smell was bearly recognizable and appeared to have been watered down. Sticker on bottle was also off-centered, and . Since we had bought the Tester option as a spare back up, we did not think to check smell. By then it was well past their limited return time frame of 30 days. Emailed customer service but they had no empathy at all. Buy elsewhere. Avoid losing your money + being ripped off or going through the hassle. Disappointing.

Got exactly what was advertised and ordered (parfum not eau de toilette), unlike some other suppliers. Great price, quick shipping!!
