Good price and on time delivery.

Item came relatively quick which was great, sadly they sent me the smallest size possible of the fragrance I purchased and not the size I purchased . I contacted them and they gave me two options of return it or a small credit. I did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back and rebuying it with the chance they were gonna send small size bottle instead of the larger size. I took the credit and purchased the bigger size from another site. I’m only giving 3 stars due to them attempting to make it right for sending the wrong size. IMO if I was a business owner I would of done the right thing and owned up and sent the right size fragrance which was ordered in the first place.

When the package arrived it came with only one of the colognes that I ordered for my son and I ordered 3!

I ordered 2 bottles of a women's cologne spray. It arrived off-colored (dark) from what i was accustomed to seeing. So I researched manufacturing date code, which revealed that both bottles were over 8yrs old. Most unopened colognes have a shelf life of 3 yrs. I proceeded to request return approval, and requested that since it was defective, that I be reimbursed for price of colognes and shipping cost, I did finally received reimbursement for colognes, but no reimbursement for shipping. Because most colognes are flammable, I was informed by UPS and USPS, that they could not ship them, ground or air. Fed Ex could ship them by ground for cost of $20.14. Fragrance shop.com shipped them to me via USPS by classifying parcel as something other than colognes (deceit). Needless to say, I am an unhappy customer, and will never order from them again. I ordered for the first time and it may be the last. It’s now been three days and I’ve gotten absolutely no update on my order. I sent them an email and I have yet to get a response. I’m ready to call my bank and ask for a charge back if I do not get a response or an email about it being shipped. This is ridiculous.
