Fragrance shop.com had the best prices…
Fragrance shop.com had the best prices so I decided to give them a shot. I ordered four bottles of cologne, all shipped the same day and arrived perfectly packaged, two days earlier than expected. All items are exactly as expected, authentic and a great value. Thanks Fragranceshop.com! I’ll be a repeat customer!

The Cap on the bottle did not fit and it leaked in the draw. I even tried the cap from an old bottle. I have make sure it is standing because it will leak. The bottle does not fit properly. I have been using this product for year an have never had this problem.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the cap and the resulting leakage. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and we would like to resolve the matter promptly. Please contact our Customer Service team with your order details so that we may look into this further.

Where is my Perfume....I am still waiting! from my order in April
Response from FragranceShop.comAug 1, 2026
We replied to your previous feedback from July 22 requesting more information, as we were unable to locate an order under "Kristy F." That request has not yet been answered, and this latest feedback does not include the details we'd need to look into it either. In order to help, we'll need your order number or the email address used at checkout. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at https://www.fragranceshop.com/contact-us/ with these details so we can investigate.

This is my 3rd bottle of Obsession ordered from this company. Product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and on time. Price was my #1 factor for buying, department stores, Sephora and Walmart were significantly higher for same size bottle. I will continue to order my colognes from Fragranceshop.com
