One of 3 fragrances ordered was several years old (after checking manufacturing date) When addressing with company, asking for replacement product, they replied that a shelf life of 3-10 years for unopened product is acceptable. Only allowed a return, postage my expense. I would not trust this site for future purchases.

Thank you for your feedback. Online batch lookup tools can be misleading as perfume houses frequently repeat batch codes on a multi-year cycle. Our stock is genuine, factory-sealed, and stored under optimal conditions. Because the item delivered met all quality and freshness standards, our standard policy applies, which allows for returns with return shipping covered by the buyer. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations

I was crazy happy to have found my perfume which was discontinued years ago. I just happen to stumble upon it and found your store had it available. I was in disbelief so I checked to see if it was the real thing, I believe what your customer service told me. Sure enough itʻs exactly what i wanted and ordered 4 more. Well stocked for now.

The perfume is amazing, the smell is identical and the longevity is unreal. I love everything about it more than the original. It was super well secured in the package, no breakage or anything. The roll on glides on the skin. I'm SO pleased, I'll order again as soon as I need more, I cannot recommand enough. Thank you very much.
