There is not a great selection of popular fragrances in stronger concentrations, ie., intense, Parfum, etc. If there was, we could not smell the scent because there was not a tester opened. The purpose of smelling the fragrance is to eliminate a blind purchase, which is what the store associates want you to do beyond “taking their word”. I was not very comfortable with this visit. I felt rushed, associates seemed very eager for me to make a purchase even though what I initially came for was not open for me to smell or was just not available. This visit was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Even the associates did not appear to be very knowledgeable or an expert in fragrances. I walked in and thought this must be a casual day…I’ve never experienced that feeling before…making my trust in their expertise low from the beginning. Other visits have been much better and made me feel confident in my purchases because the associates at least portrayed the part.

Before purchasing one of the fragrances, I asked the sales associate what the return policy was. She stated that as long as it was unopened and I had the receipt, it could be returned. As she was teaching a newer member of staff, I took her word for it. A few weeks later, I go to return it (hubby had received the same gift from someone else) and find out this isn’t the case at all. I’m so frustrated and feel like I was lied to in order to make a sale. Now I’m stuck with this cologne that I no longer need.

Easily find your fragrance and they have tons of options.

Purchased a set. Walked out and received a call found out my daughter got the same set so I asked for a refund and was told I could only exchange smh. Cashier didn't even bother to ask why I wanted a refund.

Just great customer service.

My experience was great from the time I walked in the door. The sales person was very helpful. She helped with questions, pricing , smells, and better offers as well. Continue to do what ya'll do when it comes to serving your customers.

I worked with Johnny and he was fantastic. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made great suggestions. He was upfront about pricing and gave honest feedback. I will definitely go back.
