I went in for one item and was told I couldn’t get one fragrance alone because it was part of a sale. Odd, but okay. The person helping me mumbled, and did not speak clearly which was frustrating and confusing. Instead of asking what I liked she started spraying random scents. A sale was advertised and when the items got rang up, the total was more than the advertised sale and the representative couldn’t comprehend my confusion. I ultimately settled for fragrances I didn't want all because the one item I wanted couldn’t be purchased individually.

I stumbled across this shop while searching for a signature scent and honestly it changed my day. The prices were shockingly good compared to the big stores nearby. I placed my order early in the morning and by afternoon the package was already at my door. They sent just one option and that was perfect because I did not need to guess between a dozen choice

Associate was pretty pushy about their house fragrances then seemingly got upset when i didnt buy multiple fragrances. Not sure ill be back if i can expect to be pressured into buying fragrances ive never even heard of.

Kept trying to be sold expensive fragrances that we’re nothing like the profile I asked for they smelled more like perfume than that. I also really wanted to smell the Tiffany blue, but because it wasn’t open, I wasn’t allowed. Very poor customer service.

I bought 2 items…1 was delivered.. and it’s not easy to see where the other one is

I had 2 orders, one delivered, one is being returned, because the carrier couldn’t find the address. I remain a dedicated customer, just hoping for a credit to my card, AND, a ship to correction in your system.
