Terrible customer service ordered a piece of furniture from overstock on July 6,2022. Delivery was supposed to be on July 24th, the piece of furniture has been in their warehouse since July 18th, July 24th came and no delivery, they send out email asking me to select new delivery date but the website wouldn’t allow me to, so sent another email to them but no response. Getting ready to cancel my order with overstock.

This company doesn’t even deserve a single star. This is the second time they have completely screwed up my order. First time it took the 21 days to deliver a package that was originated in the United States how does that even happen. On top of that there’s we’re late to deliver that one. On this new package I scheduled a day off to get errands done and so I could be home since a signature is needed. Guess who calls a an hour after their 4 hour winds saying that they were another hour out and could I way some more. Then after I said I need to be put at the top of the list and they come now I was told I could Reschedule. So reach after I already taken a day off glop you to do the same disrespectful and unprofessional derives again. Last time I complained All they said is we will elevate it to or general manager and nothing happens not even a call or a email. There has to be another contractor that can actually fulfill the services they are contracted for better and with an actual care and concern for its customers.

Ordered a kayak from eco fishing shop , fragile pak was supposed to deliver 7/19 between 10 and 2 they email me twice to confirm and never showed. Tried to call and email and got no response. Canceled the shipment this morning.

While the actual delivery was fine, scheduling the delivery was an absolute nightmare. I was initially contacted by Fragilepak when the cabinet reached the warehouse in mid-June. I scheduled delivery on 6/29, when I did not receive a message the day prior about my 4 hour window I called Fragilepak and was told my delivery was not scheduled for the following day and I would receive a call later about a new delivery date. Got a call from Fragilepak the following Friday, which I initially missed as I was at work and with a patient. Called back and did not get anyone or a call back. I then called again the following Monday (7/5) and was told my delivery was scheduled for 7/6. I asked if Friday was possible, and was told no, as a 3 person team was needed to delivery the cabinet. I was unhappy with this and asked to talk to a manager, I did not state that I wanted to cancel the delivery on the 6th. As I was waiting for a call from the manager I switched my shift for the following day and rescheduled 2 meetings. I got a call back from the same customer representative, asking me how my call with the manager went. I had not heard from a manager at that point. I was then told that my delivery on 7/6 had been canceled. I was of course frustrated by this and asked to speak to a manager right away. After being placed on hold for 20 mins I finally got the manager who told me nothing could be done and the next available time was 7/18, again due to the need for a 3 man team. I was not happy with this but had no other options. I then had to reschedule my work on the 18th. I was offered a $200 gift card from Fragilepak but this does not even cover the $350 delivery fee let alone the lost hours of switching 3 days of work. The cabinet is finally delivered on the 18th, by a 2 person team. I was told over and over again how a 3 man team was needed and that was why it was so difficult to schedule a delivery.

I've been waiting over a month for a couch I ordered from AAFES. I've sent emails to customer service with no answer. My delivery date was rescheduled due to "unforseen circumstances" and I've not gotten any updates and spent a total of 4 hours over the past 2 days on hold to speak to someone in customer service but the phone was never answered. This is absurd. I'll not ever order another item this company is handling.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting on my Kova Pit sectional from Albany Park for two months now. They have moved my estimated delivery date more times then I can count. I’ve contacted FragilePak several times to see what the delay has been but seem to only receive typical empty answers. My sofa has gone from TX where is sat for a few days to then Indiana where it has sat for 3 weeks and again in Kentucky where is has sat for another three weeks. Horrible customer service with basic excuses as to why it’s been sitting an hour away from my home for the last three weeks. Promised some one would contact me multiple times to schedule a delivery but yet I hear nothing at all. I’m at my wits end and this company has no business being in business. If you have anything being shipped by this company save yourself the headache and run.

After reading reviews I was concerned when I learned this company was used to ship my recliner. The chair arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. The last mile delivery service (island deliveries) was also professional and had great communication.

The most useless deliver company. Customer service just hung up on me and still don’t get no help from them. Delivery date keep getting pushed been waiting for this shipment for a month now. The worst delivery company I’ve ever seen. Y’all should as mind as well close down the customer service since y’all can’t help or give out any kinds of answer that customers need. Do not use this company. Don’t know how to communicate and don’t know how to do their job. I still don’t know where my shipment is it looks like I got to wait another couple weeks. If anybody see this company as a delivery company as mind as well don’t buy the product from the place they hire this useless company
