They don't answer the phone, they don't call back Horrible service

Still waiting. Am I expected to take weeks off work in order to receive these products??????

I ordered a bed from The Exchange on June 29. I was sent an email telling me that the package was picked up and was in transit. I was given a delivery "window" and waited. That "window" passed and a new "window" was given. I reached out to their customer service asking where my package was. No reply, just a service ticket generated telling me that I would be responded to. No response! I can't believe there is no way of tracking the progress of a package from city to city. Every carrier out there can tell me where my shipment is, but these people don't seem to have that ability. So, a third "window" has been given. If the shipment does not arrive after this third "window" I will be reaching out to The Exchange and cancel my order. My order number: 263U784988

This company sent an email saying that I would be able to schedule my delivery…which didn’t happen. Then they sent an email saying they would call the day before to give me a 4 hour time frame of delivery and would call 30 minutes before delivery…which didn’t happen either. I called customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes and then pushed the option to be called back. They called back…several hours after the furniture was delivered. This company is horrible.

This is my first experience with Fragilepak and I am not impressed with the service so far. According to info online, my order was confirmed as picked up at the shipper on 6/28/22. Final mile date keeps getting pushed back and back with no explanation. My credit card has been charged for the merchandise and I want it delivered or I will issue a chargeback through my credit card company and negate the sale. Tracking number as shown on waybill is 0226442799. The AAFES Pro# is 263U752372.

I'm starting to suspect they never intend to deliver my table. I'm now 6 weeks worth of waiting, texts that link me to "schedule my delivery" but then send me to pages that say my delivery can't be scheduled yet and that I can schedule in 72 hours (for 6 weeks). They don't respond to their emails, they don't return calls, they don't answer their line (disconnects after an hour on hold every time). Costco's customer service reps can't even get ahold of a live person or get a response. They have functionally taken my 3k+ piece of furniture and refused to make ANY efforts to get it to me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not assist you, they will continue to give you the run around on your product. Zero professionalism in the company. They will say call us and we will work it out. Then they will tell you that they cant help you and you just have to wait for your product, I've currently been waiting on a deliver over a month now.

I’ve been trying to contact fragilePak for 3 days now about their delivery window which they allowed me to pick a day for scheduling and only gave me a single day to choose from. The only day we’ll be out of town. I tried to pick a different day and it didn’t allow me to and I tried clicking on it just to see if I could choose the time frame as well, but it automatically chose it and sent the confirmation. I’ve been trying to contact them to see if this can be changed but no response from email. I tried calling them and was placed on hold and I opted for them to call me back once my place came up. I was called 3 hours later, I tried to pick up on the third ring and they immediately hung up. Now I have to wait in line again. They have called me back after a few hours and rescheduled it to the next business day.
