Had an order delivered on June 8th. It was incomplete. The manufacturer said it all shipped together. Fragilepak couldn't find my missing items. For several more weeks I tried working with the company I ordered from and the shipping company. Finally the company I ordered from said they would ship the item again. Three weeks later and fragilepak contacts for a return pickup. I call, I email and no luck getting ahold of anyone to find out if they are actually delivering my missing items. I am not wasting another day off work to return items that haven't been replaced. 56U889767

Worst Delivery Service I have ever encountered. Ordered a Wine Cooler from Costco on May 26, 2022 the unit was shipped to FragilePak June 3, 2022. It is now August 10, 2022 and we still do not have our Wine Cooler. Delivery was finally scheduled for August 8, 2022. The wine cooler was not delivered. That evening at 6:48PM I finally received a call from FragilePak letting me know they would need to re-schedule delivery. I drove 3 ½ hours to get to the delivery location, then 3 ½ hours the following morning to get back to my office, I missed a day and half of work. FragilePak is impossible to communicate with, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery. I asked Costco, "what can be done to get FragilePak to act in a professional way and deliver our merchandise"? FragilePak is so far behind the customer service curve they think they‘re in first place. We are so frustrated with this process we are considering having our money refunded and the shipment cancelled. 9/1/22 Finally FragilePak Delivered Our Wine Cooler August 26, 2022 in the morning our Wine Cooler was finally delivered. The stated issue from FragilePak had been that they required a three man crew to deliver the product due to the weight. Obviously just an excuse for the delays, the crew that finally delivered the Cooler...was a crew of two. The delivery was fine and did not take long. I recommend if you purchase a product that must be delivered by a third party make sure to verify if FragilePak is involved. If FragilePak is part of the delivery chain ask if the delivery company can be changed.

Never again will I use a Company or purchase from one that uses Fragile Pack as their delivery company. I'm convinced this is two guys working out of a garage with an automated answering system, which repeats a standard message for hours without ever getting to speak with anyone. Even when you use the option for them to call you back if you leave a contact number, it Never Happens! I have now received over 10 emails with the same information on a scheduled delivery date, which is at a time when we're out of the Country, so need to re-schedule for a time when we will be home, and afraid they will ship back the product we have waited over 6 months to be shipped. Be careful on purchases from Frontgate, as I think this is the Company they use?!

I am very frustrated. I keep getting emails to schedule a delivery, I keep scheduling and NOTHING happens. I have sent multiple emails no reply. I have called and stayed on hold for over 2 hours no one answers. I have requested a call back NOTHING. This company is not ready. Tracking 255U829576. I need to speak to a human being not listen to a recording. No response to emails is unacceptable. I see where you said my order was scheduled for delivery. Yes it was for the 4th time and your company has once again cancelled it. I would assume you can understand my level of frustration

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Worst delivery company. How are they still allowed to be in business. If you are an employee for this company start looking for another place of employment. My sectional is over 1 month overdue and each time I call for the past month, I get the same excuse…”Your couch is in our warehouse in Indiana. We will send another email to find out when it will be delivered” what kind of a company has no way of calling one of their warehouses in this day and age. So you send an email and hope an incompetent employee on the other side to access the email do the research and then not respond so you end up sending more emails. Tell me the address of the warehouse in Indiana and I will rent a Uhaul to go and pick it up. If your employees all of a sudden needs a couch and accidentally delivered the couch to their residence at least let us know and have them pay for it so I can get a refund from Sam’s Club. I am going to Sam’s Club ‘in person’ and complain and hopefully get my refund. FragilePak has a very fragile delivery system

Garbage company. Unfortunately you don’t have the option to chose how crate & barrel ships their items. But not in a million years would I touch either company again. I doubt I will ever get my furniture.

The worst deliver company. Customer service just hung up on me. Delivery date keep getting pushed been waiting for this shipment for a month now. My package was scheduled to arrive on Aug 7 from 3 to 7pm. No one called nor was I notified for a reschedule. After hours of dealing with customer service I was informed that the next available delivery would be two more weeks!!! My order number is 263U806652

I ordered a kayak online from a retailer that uses Fragilepak for delivery. I see a lot of very negative reviews here, but I actually had no problems with my delivery. The kayak arrived a week earlier than estimated, and it was delivered within the time window I had been given. The only thing that did not happen was the phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. I happened to see the delivery truck leaving and so my kayak wasn't left unattended too long. Had I not noticed I suppose it could have sat out a while before I knew it was here. All items in the delivery appeared to be handled well - nothing was missing or damaged.
