If I could give this company negative stars I would. I really wish I would have known AAFES was using this company to ship my TV and I would have elected to purchase elsewhere. I really don't understand how this company is still in business with so many negative reviews and issues. I bought a TV online two weeks ago from the base exchange that is only an HOUR and a half from my house but somehow my TV is not here. The website says it was shipped on March 31 and when I reached out to FragilePak inquiring about where my TV was (because the online tracking information they provide is trash)...I got "my item is in transit" How long does it take to get a TV from Wright Patterson Air Force Base to Columbus Ohio? It is insane that I paid so much money for my purchase and now having to wait with no certainty of when it will arrive or if it will be damaged upon arrival because based on other reviews it is a possibility. I went to check the useless tracking link they provided to see if maybe just maybe there is more detail now since they said the delivery would be between April 13-17th and now they changed the delivery window to April 20-24th!! Where is my stuff!! I am going to find a way to route this up the chain through AAFES so they can be forced to drop this company. The delivery team from FragilePAK refused to assemble my white-glove delivery items from Crate and Barrel. They tried to dump the items in my garage and leave. The two men were verbally abusive when I said that they would either need to assemble the items or take them back. The entire FragilePAK team was rude and unprofessional, not to mention extremely late with the delivery. I would not recommend this company. PRO #212U1176563

It’s a shame that Vets and Service Members have to rely on this company for BX purchases. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a TV to arrive. I called customer service and they said the TV is shipping from Indiana to Salt Lake City even though I am in Colorado. Even the customer support lady was confused. Pro number is 263U1298002. Hope this gets resolved soon. Update @ FragilePak: I went to your warehouse to pick it up. Please do better.

This is the worst company ever! Their customer service is beyond awful! Their employees are rude and when you ask for a supervisor they say no one is available. The date my item was supposed to be delivered was not and for some reason their customer service seems to this that it’s a me issue when it’s not! But perhaps a lawsuit and getting the BBB involved will help them out.

If I could give you a zero I would WORST company ever and worst delivery team. My chair was supposed to be delivered in November I received it today3/31 damaged and the delivery team have the worst customer service/care

If I could give it zero stars I would do that! I ordered a sofa that was supposed to be delivered in a week. It was wrongfully scanned and shipped to the wrong hub in a different state. When you contact them, they’re annoyed you’re asking the status. They say they’ve “already contacted the hub” but never provide the location of your item or status. Long story short. No sofa, terrible customer service and complete logistic incompetence. If you’re buying something and they use Fragile Pak run the other way!
