Always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service. i must also add that my NT710 Foxwell Tablet Scanner paid for itself many times over within the first month. Along with Chat GPT, its assisted me to figuer out some issues that even amy preferred local mechanic couldn't address. TYSM. Jasin

Scanner AND Support are Fantastic!
Purchased Foxwell scanner 510Elite and downloaded different software few times. Had trouble due to my son setting up account and not using my account. Foxwell support came to my rescue. I believe we are on different time zones but regardless they were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. They make buying and using a Foxwell Scanner all the more an amazing experience. Scanner and car specific software is awesome, highly recommend!

Registered email was changed to a new email preventing me from being able to verify myself
It kept on informing the support group of the results that were not working. After several attempt to fix my problem, they kept trying different things until we finally were successful in solving my problem.

Support was very helpful to assist me with the correct choice that would work with my 2010 Cadillac DTS. The NT630 PLUS was easy to operate to bleed the ABS system.
