First and foremost, Fourthwall provides an incredible and invaluable service - for streamers, content creators, and beyond. That's undeniable. The quality of the merchandise, shipping times, pricing, ease of use, dashboard / management suite etc. - all fantastic. However, having made use of it for the first time today, their customer support is unparalleled. I tried using the chat bot, which to be fair, wasn't the worst I've used. However, after reaching out directly to support I was put in contact with Stephanie & Ivana, both of whom were extremely quick in response time, and absolutely spot on with identifying the problems we had, and coming up with a quick solution. Other companies should look to Fourthwall on how to do customer service right.
