I just discovered fourthwall recently and it was so amazing like completely automated. It's best for the people who don't know much about POD. It's all in one pack. But the type of art i wanted to sell on tshirt needed AOP Oversized TShirt which sadly wasn't available. So i emailed the team and they say they can add it as it's available in their printing partner Printful's catalog. But it's been a week and still not added. They have so many amazing Tshirts , Shaka Wear etc. but Unfortunately, i don't think i can work on this platform due to unavailability of that one product 😭.

They are very very slow in response. Using their website isn't users friendly they are very slow in response

Did up some merch and ordered tests of each. One item arrived with horrible print quality. Assuming it was a side effect of the slightly different fabric this particular item had, I reached out to support, which responded within minutes. What was looking like it was going to be an epic customer support experience was anything but. The response was very terse and rude, essentially blaming me, with no explanations. The only thing different between this item and the others, which turned out great, was the fabric. It was clear they didn't bother to investigate my issue. I replied and told them I found their response rude and unhelpful and asked for more information (and provided more details and a comparison picture). I have not heard back - they ghosted me. After spending hundreds on test orders of everything, this was frustrating to say the least. Edit after reply: Eli was the individual who blamed me without any investigation. It might well have been my fault but how would I know that without explanation of the issue. Raw blame is not helpful/actionable. My ticket has been acknowledged. and gettihg attention now that Ive got public. Its clear they do not now what is going on though. I do believe they would get to the bottom of it but there are too many on demand merch companies to potentially subject my customers to an experience like mine. So I closed the ticket as it would be inappropriate to take their time if I am not going to utilize them. I changed this review from 1 to 3 stars. They do what to solve it and mistakes and bad days happen but no one has acknowledged the poor behavior so I'm not willing to up it further.

I’ve been using Fourthwall for about a year now to sell physical merch, and overall my experience has been mixed but mostly positive. On the positive side, Fourthwall is extremely easy to use. Creating merch is straightforward, the platform is very creator-friendly, and there’s a wide variety of products to choose from. The quality of the items themselves has been great, and setting everything up didn’t feel overwhelming at all. That said, the downsides can be quite significant. Two of my customers never received their orders, and one of those orders has been lost for over three months. I understand that shipping issues aren’t always directly Fourthwall’s fault, but I still felt that the customer support my customers received in these situations wasn’t good enough. As a creator, this puts you in a difficult position when you want to help your customers but don’t have much control over fulfillment or support outcomes. Overall, Fourthwall is a strong platform in terms of usability and product quality, but the fulfillment and support experience needs improvement for me to fully recommend it without reservations.

Like the website but I never can't use it as they never keep there server up and running all the time it has been 3 months and there site is still down I have contacted customer service and no response back I guess they don't care about helping people so I will just look some where else to sell my merch they deserve 0 stars.

I cannot seem to publish anything. I get all the way through the process but when its at the last step i receive an error. Doesnt matter the computer or product, ALWAYS getting the error
