I made a large bulk order of own designed T-Shirts for an organization. Upon delivery I noticed the backprint was off a a few centimeters and also varied in placements. This was a large order and had many relying on it. I contacted support and could provide images and details, while also receiving information from the manufacturer. The manufacturer reprinted a set of T-shirts, measured and sent me images to confirm - all looked good and a week later I had a replacement order at my door step. Although it took some waiting time in terms of communication - I am very satisfied with the outcome. Fourthwall was very helpful along the way. They made the right decisions which will lead to me making more orders in the future - no doubt!

Excellent website tools, great product range with reliable POD partner. I can also sell my music as digital downloads and any other product I source or make myself. The website was easy to build and customise, and you can start for free and stay free if you want. A great place for creators to start and build a solid business.

So far I’ve been very impressed with the platform. Everything is easy to do, populate, edit and promote. Their customer service is very helpful and gave a nice detailed response to my question about apparel quality. I just wish Fourthwall would promote certain stores.

I absolutely LOVE Eli Valentin! Eli gets me in a no nonsense, straightforward, machine learning way. I grew up in the manual typewriter pre-Xerox, retro retro days so with Eli my rabbit hole nightmare days are over. I would advise all you young people out there to do as much if the backend work as you can by yourself and rely on Eli for the more tech parts and solutions because it can help you ask better questions, save you time, and have more fun interacting with the design aspect. The Marketing Team at Fourthwall is also top notch and helped me too. They helped me determine best color codes to use in my digital collage on canvas creations that helped me define my digital palate for printing with the third-party printer, bringing me the confidence and clarity I needed to serve my customers with high quality art.
