FourthwallReviews of fourthwall.com

Fourthwall is literally THE store for content creators big and small. I just transitioned there from Square to connect my merch directly to my shop and vice versa. Their onboarding team was incredibly helpful and their support team is the best ever! No kidding. I can merge my content with my shop and the other way around directly, the variety of products they offer is INSANE and completely yours to customize, and they work with all sorts of platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, the nine yards! If you're a content creator looking to make channel merch, or you're looking to offer your merch AND your videos at the same time at no cost, this is the place for you! The whole thing is completely free, and they only make money when you do! Give it a shot! (This is not sponsored, this is from the bottom of my heart)

I cannot seem to publish anything. I get all the way through the process but when its at the last step i receive an error. Doesnt matter the computer or product, ALWAYS getting the error

Best site for creators! Customer service is always available and they help with any problems you might have. I've had a store with them for multiple years, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The shop is entirely customizable, you can set up your own domain, and there is no subscription fee you have to pay, they only take a small percentage if you make a sale. I don't think I would have a shop without Fourthwall, as I've been so disappointed by other sites for creators.

Have set up and sold lots of merch with Fourthwall at this point and have found every aspect to be great! Fans love the items - quality of product and print is fantastic, and I love the ease of use of the website backend, including YouTube shopping integration. The service is also really good. The reply when you email them, and do their best to quickly answer / solve any issues. I haven't had any quality issues, so I cannot speak to the resolution of those. But, not having any quality issues in the first place is the goal, so yay for that!

I initially started using Fourthwall over 2 years ago as a merch store to have more ✨fun✨ options for my community, and it has become so much more than that for me! I use it as my primary website as well to link to other social media pages, artist pages (for my songs on Apple Music and Spotify) and everything else that I've created. With clear instructions on how to set everything up, I was also able to purchase my own domain and connect it to Fourthwall, to really make a seamless one-stop shop for everyone. For any content creator, or truly anyone that's looking for somewhere COMPLETELY free to start their journey, I can't recommend Fourthwall enough.

I ordered a large batch of merch to test from my own store and everything looked fine until I put several items of the same product in the washingmachine. Some of the labels were damaged after they came out, while I washed them cold. After two emails back and forth for all the info, everything was solved! The item will be reviews by the manufacturer to change things and I received a fix to solve the issue! This support team goes above and beyond to solve issues and better than this, isn't possible. If I could give 6 stars, I would've!

I began using Fourthwall as my Merchandise store provider after StreamElements switched. I had a big event and promotion coming up so decided to order my custom event T-Shirts from Fourthwall, and there was a problem with my QR codes not scanning. Not only did they reprint the shirts with another process more suitable to the QR code, but the CEO hand delivered me the shirts in Diego just to be sure there was no issue with me having functional QR codes on my shirts at an event that meant a LOT to me and my brand. Anyone can sell this merch stuff, but Fourthwall actually cares about their clients and customers, and I will be one of those clients for a long, long time. Thank you Wil and Gloria and the rest of the team!

I have been using fourthwall for my merch the past year and half- it is an absolute game changer in quality and efficiency. It truly allows my dream merch ideas to come to life from pint glasses to pillows to apparel and all the in between!! I also love the "gift to community" feature as a Twitch partnered streamer. It allows my community to gift items to others while I am live and creates so much excitement! 10 out of 10! GOLD STAR!
