I have ordered three different shirts at three different times. And every logo has been off centred and crooked. The quality of the shirts are great, but I'm not sure who's doing the printing, they kinda suck. I'm looking for a local printshop now.

Really sorry about this. We have a quality guarantee and will make sure a replacement is shipped to you ASAP.
Would you mind emailing us at [email protected], and we'll make sure it's handled right away. Sorry again for the trouble

Customer support is a joke
ying the design needed to be adjusted to meet production requirements. Fair enough. I immediately worked with their support team and revised the artwork multiple times.
Over the next two weeks, I enlarged the lettering, changed the spacing, moved the location text outside the logo and eventually changed the wording itself from “Tarkwa Bay, Nigeria” to “Lagos, Nigeria.”
Each time, Fourthwall support told me they would resync the revised product and review the new artwork.
The problem is that their responses repeatedly suggested they were not actually reviewing the current design.
On September 25 I was specifically told the revised artwork would be resynced and reviewed. On September 28, I received another rejection that appeared to refer to an older design, and I responded asking, “This is the old design?”
Then, after waiting several more days, on October 2 I was again told that the “new design” had been resynced but that they still could not include “TARKWA BAY, NIGERIA.”
Except the design no longer said Tarkwa Bay. I had already changed it to LAGOS, NIGERIA.
That was the point where I lost confidence in the process. If support tells a creator repeatedly that an updated product has been resynced and reviewed, but then responds with information from an older version of the design, what exactly is being reviewed?
This wasn't one email or one misunderstanding. It was nearly two weeks of revisions, waiting for responses, resyncing, and getting essentially the same answer while a customer's paid order remained on hold.
The storefront itself is easy to set up and Fourthwall has some useful features, but creators are trusting Fourthwall with their customers. Once someone buys something from my store, their experience reflects on my brand, not Fourthwall's. When fulfillment problems happen, I need support that can actually identify the current product, understand the changes that have been made, and resolve the problem quickly.
Based on this experience, Fourthwall's customer support and production-review process needs serious improvement.

Their shirts are fantastic but their customer service is horrible
Their shirts are fantastic, but their customer service is very bad in order that I had placed it should’ve been here within a week is going to be on a week and a half before I receive it. I can’t get a hold of anybody. Nobody can give me an answer. I keep talking with the AI all they keep telling me they will communicate you with email. I never receive an email. Makes me wonder when I finally officially get my store going if this is what my customers were have to deal with with orders that are late or incorrectly. If I can’t get a hold of them, how do I know my customers will

Do not trust the hat designs they show you…
Do not trust the designs they show you for the hats. The actual designs they will print for you are much lower in quality, and if you try to talk through this with them, they will ignore you over emails. It is very frustrating and has led to a lack of trust from my own customers.

Not advised for UK creators
I have had a terrible time with FW and as I’m UK based right I would share my issues.
- The GUI took a bit to get used to when uploading designs and it was still annoying and illogical in places - a small grumble but all goes to the experience.
I’d had a store front running for a week or two connected to my YouTube channel, and while there had been clicks there were no purchases and I didn’t know why so I tried to order some samples, and what you should know is that my store was curated to only have products available to be produced in the UK, I’m here so it makes sense.
I tried to order a couple of T shirts and a couple of jumpers:
- at checkout I was informed that at least one of the items would come from Latvia so I had to pay more shipping - but they didn’t say which product was coming from Latvia!! I’D MADE SURE STUFF WAS AVAILABLE FROM THE UK!!
- VAT was added at the end, which may be normal for some countries but generally when shopping here it’s part of the price unless stated elsewhere (occasionally get the option to even include or exclude VAT depending on products/sites).
- my order nearly doubled in price once UK shipping, Latvian shipping, and VAT had been slapped on so no wonder why there were no orders!
- I emailed FW to get a nonsensical copy and paste style reply, and that was the last I heard from them.
- OH and not being super technically minded, I followed the instructions to add the created store to my website, to which the store completely took over the whole thing and I’m still having a nightmare time trying to get things back to normal. My website inexperience may contribute to this but not everyone is a web developer, this should be a simple linking/unlinking process.
So in summary, awful to use, lack of transparency, terrible communication. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is the site looks nice.

While most products are made locally in your home region (e.g. UK ones in the UK), there are unfortunately some exceptions due to supply chain and inventory availability.
We're actively working to expand our supply chain network to hopefully improve this in the future.
Our support team has also reached out to see if they can help.

Their editor sucks and crashed my system multiple times with no remedy offered...
I uploaded one design and every single time the platform's editor crashed my system. I reached out and though someone would respond, it was only to kick the can along. After two weeks, I gave up on the platform. They have zero technical support - engineering as they refer to it as.
Response 11/21/2025:
Thank you for proving my point. No, I won't be contacting Eli. However, I have received emails from Ivana H. (2X), Maria Luisa D'Angelo (3X), Elias Moreno (2X), and Josh Villanueva (1X). Bottom line, not one representative resolved the issue I was experiencing in a two-week period.
I made the decision to permanently delete my account. Oh, that's a fun process too. I sent a request twice knowing the disorganization of the staff would be problematic, and as I anticipated, I received two separate answers. One from Villanueva stating my request was escalated and once complete, a confirmation email would be sent. A second response from D'Angelo requesting my URL in order to move forward with deletion. How about allowing customers the option to delete their accounts manually like every platform out there? Why do I have to send email after email to try to get assistance? Why is every single step as sluggish as your system? I don't know, but if you don't delete my account, I will be back here to share my grievances with anyone who wants to read about my experience.

I ordered a product from fourthwall.com…
I ordered a product from fourthwall.com on the 28th of January. It is now March 2, and not only have I not received what I ordered, I sent out two emails to find out what the status is on my order, and still haven’t heard from them. Got an auto response from “Justina”, but that’s about it. I guess that’s a hundred bucks I won’t see again.

Can you email me at [email protected]?
I'll investigate and get you your items ASAP
