Customer service/support does not help you. They just redirect to another unrelated issue and provide documents that are already accessible and unrelated to you issue to make it LOOK like they helped but they don’t even address you with respect. Just a face on a screen as if they have better things to do.

I am writing this review to celebrate a major milestone today reaching the +$1,000 profit club and officially entering the top 10% of creators on the platform. Achieving this status and being upgraded to Affiliate Plus is proof how Fourthwall empowers its users. My success here is directly linked to the incredible, human support I have received from the team. My recent experience with OG Eli regarding a payout delay was outstanding. When a system wide PayPal issue impacted my revenue, Eli took full ownership of the resolution. He demonstrated exceptional dedication by personally calling PayPal every day, including over the weekend, to fast-track a fix. He validated my concerns, kept me updated constantly, and ensured the issue was resolved completely. This level of service goes far beyond standard support, it proves that Fourthwall fights for their creators. This standard of excellence has been consistent since I joined. Maria Luisa D’Angelo was instrumental in my initial setup, making the transition from Teespring night and day. She manually organized my PayPal payout configuration to accommodate my specific requirements and has helped me navigate technical questions with grace. She is truly an "angel without wings" for her willingness to help me build my store. Fourthwall offers a superior platform because they treat creators as partners. I have complete confidence in this team. I have full faith in Fourthwall that I even pulled the plug of my own website and linked my domain straight to my FW store, from there came success and saved me monthly server costs :)

The platform is great if you’re starting your own business from scratch and the team is extremely attentive and kind, whenever there is an issue they always make sure to help you solve it.

Honestly, the easiest Merchant of Record + POD system I've ever used. If you want to create a shop quick and easy, this is definitely for you. You only need to handle creating + setting up + marketing. Without all the hassle of shipping, packing, etc. With regards to how and where profit goes, they're incredibly transparent: how much they get, how much you get, sales tax, transaction fees. You can see it all. You can also set your prices here, it's not like those POD systems where ANY shirt is x amount for every creator. You set your prices. Customer support is always quick and very helpful. Never had to wait more than 24hrs for support. Most of the time they answered mere hours later. If a customer gets a defective item (it happens sometimes with broken mugs) they quickly refund or dispatch a new item to them without me even knowing. That said, there are a few things I would like to be improved: - The EU side of things. I would like a setting where EU customers could see the price with VAT included.... I understand that FW is US-centered, so I don't hold it against them. Still, it's a feature I would really like in the future. Europeans are put off by having VAT calculated at checkout. It's not how we do things here. - If you're the one fulfilling orders, there's the issue of not having enough shipping settings. So if you want to fulfill your own orders and have a wide variety of merch that have very different weights, this is probably not for you. If you ship ceramics and prints for example. It would be ideal to have the product itself with a set shipping price when shipped alone vs. being shipped with other products. - The variety of products is good, but could be better! I would love to see more stationery, for example. Basically: FW is very good as a MOR + POD system. Especially for busy people, disabled people (like me) who can't make frequent trips to ship stuff. Also for people who don't want to deal with sales tax calculation, as the site does that for you.

Do not trust them with your business. I signed up to sell digital products on this platform and ran a few standard test purchases to ensure the system worked. I was charged for my own tests, which is normal, but the system is completely broken and refuses to allow me to issue a refund to myself. To make matters worse, their support is non-existent. I received one automated email response and have been ghosted for a solid week since. They are effectively holding my money hostage. If you are looking for a reliable platform to sell on, look elsewhere. This feels like a total scam.

It's almost EXACTLY like Shopify! It's user-friendly, easy to make designs, and even allows you to use a special currency to buy sample products! I highly recommend Fourthwall!

Fourthwall is a really comfortable way to start an online store. The support team is really nice. I've been working with them for over half a year and my experience so far has been great :)
