Had an appointment at the Riverhead, NY branch on 3/14/26 and met with Kelly A. (acct representative) & assisted by Kelly M. (Asst. Manager), and both were amazing! My family had a large number of transactions to do like opening & closing several accounts, setting up trust accounts, IRA distributions, adding POA & beneficiary. They were incredibly patient, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Both made the entire process smooth and stress free. We all felt they went above and beyond to make it a good experience, and their customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend visiting this branch.

Your Personal Banker Christina Lewis in the Bethpage, NY Branch was completely useless in helping me. And I called her 3 times after and she never called me back. I would recommend Firing her. That was the worst experience in that branch. And now I’m going to remove all my money from your bank, because of that

GISELE GAVE ME THE ATTENTION WITH THE ISSUE I CREATED WITH MY ACCOUNT. SHE HAD THE EMPATHY & PATIENCE TO UNDERSTAND I NEEDED SOME HELP SPEAKING TO THE CREDIT CARD DEPT. SHE FOUND SOMETHING THAT I ALSO ASKED LAST YEAR ABOUT, AND I WAS BRUSHED OFF. I REALLY LIKE FOUR LEAF, EVEN WHEN I FIRST CAME IN AND SAT WITH CHRISTIAN JACKSON TO OPEN MY ACCOUNTS 2 YEARS AGO. I HOPE HE HAS MOVED ON WELL. I AM SURE GISELE WILL DO THE SAME. WHATEVER NAME THE CREDIT UNION IS UNDER, I KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE. I HOPE THAT FOUR LEAF HAS & WILL RECOGNIZE THE POTENTIAL IN GISELE & CHRISTIAN. YOU HAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE MANAGER/EXECUTIVE MATERIAL. I LIKED HER MORE THAN HER SUPERVISOR.....JUST BEING HONEST. :-D. STOP ✋️🛑DO NOT GET ANY LOANS WITH THIS BANK! Once you get a loan with this bank they make it almost impossible to pay the debt unless you have cash, meaning money in your bank account! WORST AND MOST OUTDATED BANKING INSTITUTION EVER! Was formerly named Bethpage FCU, but still crap. They do not have online payment options, besides a balance transfer to pay your loans. as well as the automated line only accept bank routing and account number information from themselves or another banking institution. You can't even use your debit card on their website, automated service or live representative. This system is designed to generate late fees for the bank as well as causing derogatory marks on your credit due to extremely limited methods of payment options. THIS BANK DO NOT HAVE THE BEST INTEREST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! And if, you want to break-up your payment as you get it or desire to pay more frequently, it will not accept less than the actual car note amount. TERRIBLE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
