Our experience with Forwardme has been great so far, they have met every expectation! We had a bit of an issue with Fedex (Carrier) with regards to the Commercial Invoice and I emailed James at Forwardme and he was quick to follow up and send through the Commercial Invoice. Order has been delivered intact

Have not had one parcel delivered without having to contact them. This is the last time I use them. Evidence showed that my parcel had been delivered/accepted by ForwardMe, 48 days later, multiple requests for assistance and they still haven't located my parcel. Customer service is atrocious, and they blatantly lied to me. Lodging a formal complaint with the BBB, State Attorney General and FTC.

I briefly describe my experience with forwardme redirector. I had an unforgettable experience, I won't go into detail so as not to be too extensive. All that is good is to be remembered and I will remember it whenever I need to shop in the USA for Angola (Ao na casa shout do Lobito, Luanda). It is recommended for the professionalism they offer.

I've been working with these folks for around a year, for a growing company they are doing an excellent job so I would highly recommend you check them out. I buy in the US and ship to Canada and my experience has been exemplary. They are on the ball and communicate well if there are delays (during the holiday season one time a few days delay, as to be expected). They do exactly what they say they will do and their rates and shipping are all very reasonable. No complaints, just go see!

I am really happy i found forward.me. I have saved a lot of money when buying from sites and combine shipping. Easy site to use and understand, no hassel at all. Great and friendly customer support. They also ship their items in protective boxes, it feels very safe :)

I tried almost everything I could to get a brand new Apple laptop shipped to the Marshall Islands, and I almost gave up. But I'm very grateful that I discovered Forward.me! It was easy to get an address from Forward.me and have the products shipped from my Forward.me address to my Marshall Islands PO Box address that certain companies, such as Apple, do not ship to. I was a little nervous at first because I've had delivery issues in the past. But my laptop and accessories arrived and was cleared from customs in less than two weeks! James was very helpful in getting me through the process. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can take a bit of time to get an order processed and shipped, but in everything else, from customer service to delivery, Forward.me has been a wonderful service.
