They have misplaced my packages several times. They make me promises that they unfortunately don't keep. their service becomes more and more mediocre.

Dear Samy Sami, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We’d like to inform you that for the past six months, we have not been processing shipments to Morocco. Additionally, it seems there might have been a mix-up, as your review could be referring to a different company due to a similarity in names. Should you have any concerns related to our services, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through our official communication channels. We’d be happy to investigate and assist you further. We value your experience and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to clarify this matter. Kind regards, Forwardme.com

I have been using Forwardme's service since 2020. But lately I have had several problems. From considerable delays in finding my packages in my suite and missing some items from my old packages to total loss of packages for more than 4 months. And the worst is the way my claim was handled. No feedback except the same message: give us time? They made me lose a lot of money because of the repeated delays.

I received my parcel one day before the estimated delivery date. It seems the package was handled with care. Just one issue—the forwarding company showed me estimated shipment charges less than what I actually paid.
