Unfortunately, gun parts, which were present in your shipment, fall under this category and cannot be shipped internationally by us, especially to the EU. This information is available on our website in our terms and conditions and our prohibited items list. When your package arrived at our facility, we immediately informed you of the situation and the reason why we couldn't ship it to your EU address. We truly value you as a customer, especially considering your 16 previous successful shipments with us, and we're disappointed to learn that this last experience fell short of your expectations. We understand your concern about the difference between the 4lb weight you initially expected and the 14lb weight you were billed for. This difference is due to what's known as dimensional weight, or DIM weight, which is a standard practice in international air shipping. DIM weight takes into account the package's volume as well as its actual weight. Larger, lighter packages can occupy more space on an aircraft, and therefore, the shipping cost is calculated based on this dimensional weight. We sent you an email explaining this in detail, confirming that the charges were accurate and in line with our shipping policies. We want to assure you that we did not overcharge you. We understand that this can be confusing, and we wish we could have discussed this further with you.
