I drove about an hour every day to work for over 20 years and during those early morning hours I would hear a half dozen radio ads from Morgan and Morgan, the largest accident attorney in GA. They flooded radio and TV, touting their size and unbelievable connection to their customers. The one ad that stands out the most was the one where a guy, potential client, a “NOBODY” called Morgan and Morgan, and the ad goes on to say that the senior Morgan tells the potential customer was not a “NOBODY” and anyone calling Morgan and Morgan is a somebody that their firm was going to give them the best support and representation. Remember that one? Well, I fell for it, I recommended Morgan and Morgan to a female friend from west GA that was involved in an accident where a driver from Canada, one just passing through, cut in front of her jeep, crashed into the side of her jeep and then pushed her off the road/street and into some poles at a gas station parking lot. There was damage to the vehicle and some physical injury to her, but there was not enough to go to the hospital. Police were contacted, reports were written, and details were covered with the Canadian driver that admitted to causing the accident and was able to drive off. My friend told me about the accident and, thinking I was doing the right thing, told her to contact Morgan and Morgan. They are experts You were in an accident, hurt, there was damage and you needed some help. And of course, you will not be a “NOBODY” with them and they will get you on the right track with medical help and maybe help her with truck damage and insurance. She placed the call, weeks go by, she called again and was given a doctor’s telephone number to call, nothing more. She was instructed to call their doctor but no response, no new calls ever came from Morgan and Morgan, you know the people that care, and no calls from their doctor. It has been 5 months and NOTHING, no calls from them, no return calls from their doctor, no help with the accident itself and sadly, she has been treated like a “”. Just like the M&M ad said would never happen. You can say anything in an ad, just like the government, it does not have to involve the truth! I had to apologize to my friend for my poor judgement listening to nothing more than an ad, and ad with no real people behind it. So, here we are, what a frustrating joke this is. So, if you find yourself in a position where you need an accident attorney, do not take my word for it, do not call Morgan & Morgan, find a law firm that cares and were someone you know has had some success and do not waste your time here, unless you are OK with being the “NOBODY.” Now I am going after her insurance company, Progressive, as well. She pays for full coverage insurance, the Canadian had insurance too but do you think anyone has helped her get her damaged vehicle repaired? She is just another NOBODY there too!

Had some issues from the beginning with lack of communication. Because of the lack of communication, I had to send my own paperwork in to request the type of hearing I would prefer since the letter said I only had 10 days to respond and they never responded to my several messages. I left a one-star review previously due to the communication nonsense, then a very nice lady calls me and tells me she's changing my case manager over to a different lady "Amber". I boosted the rating to a five-star because of how awesome she was. Then the new lady she assigned, lied to me stating that I couldn't change my mind on the type of hearing I would like to have. I decided to search the internet and found out that I can change my mind, I will post the wording below. I believe "Amber" my new Legal Assistant decided to tell me that information because obviously the longer it takes the more money they make. I should have known better to hire a large firm like this. Bad mistake on my part! Don't follow suit!!! Info found: Yes, you can change your mind. If you initially asked for an in-person hearing with a Social Security Administrative Law Judge, you can request a switch to a telephone or online video format, though you should contact your assigned hearing office as soon as possible to make the request.

They post that they handle cases for service animal denial yet they don’t take the case. They said it doesn’t qualify. I’ve yet to see one case that does qualify for these people, but they definitely don’t say do what they say they’re going to and they definitely don’t want to tell the parameters for this.

Beware of Morgan & Morgan: Zero Empathy or Communication. This firm operates like a corporate machine where clients are just file numbers. My handling attorney consistently ignored direct phone calls, email questions, and specific requests. Instead of practicing honest communication, they focused entirely on daily pressure tactics to force a signature on a closing statement with an inflated settlement number. This number was clearly designed to maximize the firm's excessive fees rather than protect my best interests. They completely refuse to negotiate their charges or show basic compassion. Avoid this firm and look for a dedicated attorney who values communication and client care.

They didn't even make it through the front door: Unprofessional intake experience and judgmental demeanor The law firm Morgan & Morgan recently received a call from me to explain my situation and the reason I needed their help. As soon as I finished explaining, the intake operator asked me if I called for a consultation or if I just wanted to leave commentary. That was her first major mistake, and it set a negative tone from the very beginning. I clearly stated that I wanted a consultation. She asked me what day and time I wanted a callback. Since it was 3:01 AM on a Saturday, I requested a callback right away at 3:02 AM. When she repeated the question, I told her that if an immediate callback did not fit into their standard office parameters, she should simply tell me their available hours so I could choose a time within that frame. Instead of providing the hours, she refused to answer and just kept repeating her question. When I reiterated my request, she responded incredulously, repeating the word "today" in a highly judgmental tone. While she eventually stated someone would call me back, her demeanor made it clear she did not take me seriously. I strongly believe she lost her composure, abandoned her professionalism, and will not even present my case information to the actual lawyers. I chose to call because I was watching Channel 2 at 3:00 AM on a Saturday morning and saw their documentary advertisement. The ad spoke about helping people who feel they have nowhere else to turn, which inspired me to reach out. However, based on this front-door experience, they appear just like any other heavily advertised television law firm. Furthermore, while they constantly broadcast ads for medical malpractice, slip-and-falls, and automobile accidents, they rarely mention work-related injuries. I even mentioned to the operator that they might not be able to help me with my specific issue anyway, but she dismissed it entirely and turned my call into a joke by asking if I just wanted to leave commentary. I am a very serious potential client who challenged this firm based on the values they claim to stand for on television. This front-door intake experience was entirely unprofessional.

My 88 yr old mother in law was in a bad vehicle accident in N. Fort Myers FL. She suffered 9 broken ribs, fractured left leg, punctured lung, 5 staples in her head, concussion and multiple bruises and skin tears. We contacted M & M and they were very responsive and seemed interested in taking the case. Then came the bad and shocking news. We were told that although the other driver was at fault and cited for running a red light, there was no compensation to pursue. Their reason, the at fault driver carried the state minimum requirement insurance. How my mother in law could suffer such serious injuries and not be entitled to ANY compensation is something we as a family, will NEVER understand.

I was treated like a no body. I had a case 5 years ago and was not even able to talk to anyone about my case. I had a good case. The Morgans a cocky, arrogent, classless and brag about everything. You should not brag, you should stay humble. I would not reccomend them to anyone. They are not the best lawyers in the country, There are plenty of better lawyers out there. Bigger does not mean better. So please stay away from these people. They are bad mean people and will drop you like a bad habbit when they figure out that you don't have a case. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I called them. Terrible communication, impersonal, rude, pushy. Stay away.
