I called M&M 9 mos after I fell in the Acme.I did not report it at the time & just wanted to go home.Since I couldn't prove anything I told them I would not waste their time since I had no proof.Today 6 mos later I received a call from Sedgwick saying M&M contacted them & the Acme wanted to offer me $750.I am so surprised!I never pd them a cent & they went to bat for me anyway.Thank you Morgan & Morgan for not giving up even when I did.

The firm couldn't take my case due to extenuating circumstances. That aside, the whole team was wonderful, from the case manager to the assigned attorney. If I ever needed service in the future, Morgan and Morgan is the first firm I would consider.

My name is Ray Joseph. I am in South Florida. My case manager is Julissa Carbajal. My case is about a car that crossed multiple lanes then hit me back in November 2025. Although my case is still in the “Build” stage, I am submitting a review of the progress so far, because frankly, it was very depressing and discouraging for me to read so many negative reviews. Many people mentioned a lack of communication, but in my case, although I have initiated it the majority of the time, I have to be honest and say that the responses I got each time I reached out were practically immediate. This is my first time being in a vehicle accident and having to reach out to an attorney for assistance, so I have no idea how long the process should take. I have completed my Physical Therapy, MRI, TeleHealth appointments, etc., that were scheduled for me by M&M, and I have been informed that my case is being put together to be presented for the best possible settlement. I have given them 5 stars because, so far, I have no reason to complain about anything about my case. I am looking forward to receiving my settlement because it would be a great help with taking care of financial obligations, and I am confident that I will submit another 5 stars after my case has been completed and my settlement will be satisfactory to me. 🤞🏼
