I am extremely disappointed with Morgan and Morgan Law Office. After handing my case for a while, they suddenly dropped me simply because i fused to get Depo-Provera shots. Instead of respecting my medical decisions, they washed their hands of my claim and left me scrambling. It feels like they only care cookie-cutter rather then sticking by their clients.

I called and spoke to a woman who asked me to tell her my ENTIRE story and I did. Long long hold time.. she says I’ll be back and then I’ll transfer you to another team —- HOLD TIME WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS—- waiting and listening to the story about how he was furious about his brother - well that was many moons ago and the owner is no longer that compassionate family member wanting to help all persons! SO while I'm waiting to be transferred……to someone else……. I Conduct my business and read my emails…… HOLY FLIPPING BURGERS — HERE IS an email from MORGAN & MORGAN TURNING ME DOWN AS IM ON HOLD Listening TO SMOKE UP MY BUTT ABOUT THE OWNER AND IS BROTHERS LOUSY LAWYER AND HERE THIS COMPANY IS THE SAME! H O L D. O N. & ILL REDIRECT TO My other TEAM - L I A R. L I A R. L I A R. I decided to chat with them on my phone while on hold~~ to ask her to get back on and they TOLD ME TO CONTINUE TO HOLD — THEN I SAW THE EMAIL —- THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU WILL GET FROM THIS LAWYER OFFICE AND APPARENTLY IM NOT THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT — THERE IS A LIST OF COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES - R U N. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON UNPROFESSIONAL LAWYERS — LAWYERS ARE A DIME A DOZEN!

Don't be fooled by Morgan & Morgan with their advertisements with John Daly and how you're somebody and nobody's in nobody I was involved in a car accident in Pensacola they transferred me to a supervisor in Orlando it took one month for a local attorney from their Pensacola Law Firm Ariel harshBurger a month to contact me their work was shoddy unprofessional and I ended up firing them it's hard to find an attorney or doctors for a car accidents and litigation you're better off getting somebody local then a big name that's all talk and no show

This place is a joke they talk about helping the little people they told me no twice on two separate occasions because they're not slam dunk cases I injured myself on a casino property and they told me no because it's Native American land I don't know who to contact but I'm not going to let this go but yeah Morgan and Morgan they're a joke as you can see the review speak for themselves

Lawyers don't answer any questions that I make total disregard for the client I don't recommend at the end of the case they will get 33% of the value of the process in cash name Jean da Silva rigaud

10 out of 10 do not recommend!!!! For almost a month my legal team ignored me from after that first call from phone call. I kept trying to get their attention to see what I should say to my job about my workers comp and right before my job decided they were not going to pay me for workers comp Miss Hollingsworth my attorney close my case because she felt like I wasn't going to get that much so she wasn't going to get that much even after they already agreed to take my case. All they care about is money they don't care about what you're going through they care about if they're going to make the most amount of your case. I would not recommend them at all. Then when I tried to call back to get another lawyer to help me with my workers comp case I was told because Miss Hollingsworth close my case more than likely nobody else take it. Even after I tried to explain to them that she closed it because she thought I was going to get my workers comp and instead of seeing it all the way through she closed it two days before my job decided they were not going to give me workers comp. I then tried to use them for employment law which they do accept but then they wouldn't even take me then even though I had significant evidence of everything that happened. So all this place cares about is if you have a case that's going to be worth a lot of money they don't give a s*** about you as a person I do not recommend them go somewhere else.

Zero communication from beginning to end. My claim was denied and I didn't hear from them once. I was warned by a few people not to go with them but felt like maybe they were exaggerating. They weren't. If anything they undersold how bad the experience would be. Never again. I wish I'd have read these views prior to dealing with them. And their replies to our reviews are utterly pointless and empty gestures. No promise of improving or wanting to follow up and learn more about our specific cases and what went wrong. Just saying if we have anything to say email them. What a joke!

Morgan and Morgan are very racist and discriminatory. They hate the name Edwanna Portee they deliberately deny every case I bring to them. The case intake specialist are very demeaning and unprofessional. Do Not Ever Associate with this law firm.
