Absolute garbage, useless you enjoy false hope. Just saw another one of their info commercials where they talk about family and all that crap and his sons and blah blah blah.... but even after Ryan Wolszczak for the people LOL was told via phone they had the date of the accident wrong by 20 days, there was no blood there was no ambulance ride there were no surgeries, just yet another uninsured motorist accident in Indianapolis, the denial of help letter that indicated they were not going to take the case after all still had the wrong date of the occurrence. Yes, your honor it's true, my attorney can't even get the date of the accident correct even though they were told repeatedly that they had the wrong date. Judgment for the defendant, they were not in town the date of the alleged accident. This court is adjourned.

THEY ACCEPTED MY BIO-LAB CONYERS
THEY ACCEPTED MY BIO-LAB CONYERS, GA CLAIM IN 2024. THEY WERE HARD TO REACH AND VERY RUDE. IN AUGUST 2026, TWO YEARS LATER. THEY QUIT AND LEFT ME WITHOUT ANY OPTIONS. NOW THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS COMING UP, AND I CAN'T FIND ANOTHER LAWYER. PLUS, THEY NEVER EVEN ORDERED MY MEDICAL RECORDS. THIS IS THE WORST FIRM I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I hired Morgan and Morgan in Atlanta Ga…
I hired Morgan and Morgan in Atlanta Ga to represent me in an automobile case where I was hit from the rear while stopped at a red light. I ended up having a shoulder surgery shortly after the wreck as a result of injuries sustained. My cases was reassigned to several attorneys that each had their own opinions as to what needed to be done to settle the case. I had provided the first attorney with a detailed spreadsheet of my medical costs and injury related time off work costs from the date of the accident to the date that the firm was retained. Somehow keeping this spreadsheet updating throughout the entire case process became my responsibility and took hours of my own time. The last attorney ran up substantial expenses preparing the case for trial. Just 2 days before the case was set to go to trial they gave me reasons why we should settle the case for a low ball amount under circumstances that were known to them when the case was accepted over 2 years earlier. I was upset that my cases was settled for much less than my medical and lost wages costs and then I only ended up with a 20% recovery on the settlement that took over two years to finalize. I believe that a smaller firm would have been more diligent in aggressively pursuing a case that resulted in the client having an injury related surgery and very high medical costs. The case was final settled in March 2025 and I immediately asked for copies of my medical records and depositions to have documentation of the injuries I had sustained in the wreck. They took literally months to provide the medical documentation that I was requesting.
Morgan and Morgan charged me interest for any payout of cases expenses paid during the time that they were preparing the case for trial but refused to provide the calculations or even tell me the interest rate charged to justify the interest charged and deducted from my portion of the settlement. The Attorney told me in writing that this interest charge is calculated by a computer and she cannot provide any disclosure on the charge. I signed the legally binding closing settlement statement on 9/12/25 which included a hold on funds described as a delayed cost deposit. This amount is withheld by Morgan and Morgan to supposedly cover any outstanding bills when I had not been in treatment for 2 years and proved to them that everything had been paid. The closing statement that I signed states that if there are no delayed cost expenses or charges received within 90 days of signing the closing statement that the delayed cost deposit that was being withheld would be automatically returned to the client. I have made several calls attempting to get this money sent to me and they either ignore the calls or tell me that they will look into it and send me the money. The last communication was an email response from Azaria Green dated 2/4/26 stating that she would check on the return of my unused delayed cost deposit funds. It is now 4/6/26 and they still refuse to send me my deposit recovery money that they are legally obligated to send by their own contracted closing statement. I have done research and this failure to return the unused portion of the delayed cost recovery amount is a wide spread problem. I believe that they think most people just forget about this money and they ignore the clients that inquire about their right to receive the disbursement. I guess the next step will have to be to contact the bar association. As several others former clients have pointed out in their reviews, someone needs to look into the delayed cost recovery amounts for all the closed cases of this firm to see if this is a deliberate practice to retain more money. Law firms have a legal obligation to release funds as outlined in the settlement agreement and holding funds past the agreed date could be in violation of the ethical rules set forth for attorneys.

DO NOT waste your life or your time…
DO NOT waste your life or your time with this firm. They do not care about you. They do not care about your injuries. They are only after settling 1 million baby cases for small amounts of money just so they can say that they're the largest firm in Atlanta. They do not care about making sure that you're set for years to come to take care of your injuries when you can barely even function from a car wreck. They don't answer your phone calls instead they sent you a email saying oh sorry we missed your phone call. You do not matter to this law firm. When you sign up with them, you meet all the nicest people in the world who make you think you matter, but the minute you sign the dotted line you are nothing but a check. They settle for the lowest dollar amount and they settle behind your back without you even signing the paperwork and then they hold your money for months and never even contact you to let you know they settled your claim behind your back when you told them you didn't want to settle. And when you email the main attorney he doesn't even have the respect to write you back all he does it send a thumbs up after you have to send multiple messages because you do not matter to them. STEER CLEAR!

My experience with Morgan & Morgan
My experience with Morgan & Morgan, particularly in working with attorney Sam Burson and case manager Coran Gardner, has been disappointing from a client-service and communication standpoint.
I want to be fair in acknowledging that work was done on my family’s cases. Sam successfully negotiated settlement offers for my children, and Coran provided updates regarding settlement checks, provider reductions, and other outstanding matters. I recognize that portions of the settlement process depend on insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties and are therefore not entirely within the firm’s control.
However, my primary concern throughout this experience has been the lack of proactive and consistent communication. Far too often, I felt responsible for initiating contact to determine the status of our cases, what steps had been completed, what remained outstanding, and what timeline I could reasonably expect. There were also instances where I had to follow up multiple times for a return call or clarification, as well as situations involving paperwork where the communication between members of the team appeared inconsistent.
This became especially frustrating because I communicated clearly that the accident had created significant financial hardship for my family and asked whether anything could be done to expedite the process. I also made it clear that I was willing to immediately provide any documents, signatures, or information needed from me to prevent unnecessary delays. Despite communicating that urgency, I continued to find myself following up for status updates and timelines.
I understand that legal cases take time and that attorneys and case managers cannot control every aspect of the process. My criticism is not simply that the process took longer than I wanted. It is that, as a client, I should not have had to work this hard to remain informed about my own case.
When someone hires a law firm, particularly following an accident and during an already stressful period, communication matters tremendously. Even when there is no major development, a brief proactive update saying, “Here is where we are, here is what we are waiting on, and here is what happens next,” can make a significant difference.
Morgan & Morgan is a very large firm, but clients still deserve to feel that their individual case matters. Based on my experience with Sam and Coran, the firm could greatly improve its client experience through more proactive communication, clearer timelines when possible, better internal coordination, and more consistent follow-through.
I appreciate the work that was ultimately performed on our behalf, but the communication and overall client-service experience fell short of what I expected from a firm of Morgan & Morgan’s size and reputation.

It's all a LIE NOT for the People for the money
Do not believe that Morgan & Morgan cares for the people. It's a bunch of B.S. I was rear ended total loss. They grab my case for a month and a half they kept calling and giving me hope (1 month & a half) all of a sudden they drop the case and said the person that rear ended me had no cover insurance, they could off said that before. Instead of keeping me in the loop all that time. The case worker on the case kept saying call me anytime we are here for you. Another B.S. she never bother answering my calls.
