I would give them zero stars if it were an option. I ordered one time from them, the money withdrew from my account and never received my box. I left an email which they replied to and said they were working on it. I didn’t get a follow up email so I called, apparently they needed to contact someone else within the company and would get back to me, never happened. I immediately canceled my subscription and will chalk it up that I’ve been scammed.

We have used multiple meal services, and the customer service at Forkful is so poor that I advise you spend your money elsewhere. No email or text reminders to select meals, they select meals for you, including items we would never eat. I reached out two hours after the ordering deadline to change what they had auto-selected for us, which was SIX (6) days before the actual delivery, and they still sent mostly beef. I reached out for a refund for the meals we will not eat- still have not received a refund. I then asked on a Wednesday 7/29/26 (the "last" day to change meals) to CANCEL my subscription, SIX (6) days before I would receive these future meals, and they will not honor this. They charged my card and are going to send more meals that we will not eat. Every single other meal service we have tried has far better customer service. Even if their food was excellent, which it isn't, I wouldn't give them a red cent because they are so disrespectful.

So many things were wrong with this experience. First, they shipped meals that we did not order and not ship the ones we did order. We called and were put on hold forever, then someone came on the call. They asked for pictures and we sent them. The stated that they would issue a partial refund which they never issued. Then we ate some meals which were terrible. We called again for the refund and were run around and then they disconnected us. STAY AWAY

We have been ordering from this company for three months now. We have had nothing but issues with delivery issues as well as their customer service. We live in an apartment complex. They do not send tracking information, they will tell you that your meal is being delivered one day, but then it shows up a day early or a day late. Our apartment complex mail room is where our boxes of food are just left in the direct sunlight with a room with no air-conditioning. I have reached out to them several different times complained about the issue and they say that they are going to fix it yet every single time it continues to happen. This is absolute horrible customer service and we are going to be switching who we order food from. Do not order from this company if you expect deliveries to be on time, not get a foodborne illness because of heat in your boxes is sitting in the sunlight or outside because they don’t give you tracking information. Our boxes have been left in the mail room for up to 24 hours because we’re told it is going to be delivered when it is not. When you do leave a message they don’t call you back when you message them. They beat around the bush. And there is never a solution normal people when they ship things they provide shipping and tracking information.

They charge you even after you cancel. They say there is nothing they can do to give you your money back because it's part of their policy. Worst food delivery, and the food is nasty.

Horrible! My first package was never delivered. Then it auto replenished without me even knowing and I was stuck with 8 meals I am not going to eat. I’m out 88 dollars now thanks to this deceitful company. They should shut down

Absolutely pathetic!!! I’m out 130$ Ordered late June for first week of July delivery - package got “lost” they never attempted to reach out to me to correct the issue. I asked for a refund and they chose to credit my account for a future order even though I had already ended the subscription. when asked again for an actual refund, they said they can’t now cause it’s credited. COULDNT EVEN TRY THE FOOD. STAY AWAY. PICK ANY OTHER MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE.

Horrendous experience. Food contamination, billing errors x 4. Mixed veggies are only squash. Find an alternative and protect your family from having to deal with this.
