Please stay away from these Forkful crooks! After a few weeks of using their services.. and being shorted 1 or 2 meals here or there.. things escalated. Out of the blue they charged us double for meals we never even ordered or received. We demanded our money back and they offered us a 'credit'. We had to initiate fraud charged with our credit card company to recoup funds.. In the meantime, after a few days, Forkful finally gave us a 'credit' for approximately 1/2 the amount they stole from us. So what happened to the other half? Forkful has simply stolen it. These people are low down theives that should be forced out of business immediately. I vow to seek legal action and hopefully begin a class action lawsuit that will take them down. Again stay away from these crooks, because in the end the only thing they will really give you is a forkful of worry, a forkful of anger, and a forkful of scamming you out of your money.

I am not comfortable giving someone my credit card before I even know what I'm getting. Forkfull will not let you pick your boxes or your meal plan until after you give them all your credit card information. I even contacted customer support about this, and got no reply. It looks like a good company, and I would love to try it - if they would be more reasonable about my financial information!

The food is inedible. Vegetables are mushy and weird tasting, meats are hard and rubbery, eggs (scrambled or hard boiled) are like eating rocks. I only tried 1/2 the 10 meals I ordered and they were all disgusting. Prison food would be a step up. After only three meals I cancelled my subscription.

The customer service is bad. Long wait time and unable to help! Multiple daily advertising emails. When you click on "unsubscribe", it takes you to the web site to order. Very poor and unprofessional website!

Ordered twice from Forkful and both times the food arrived unsafe to eat — the first delivery arrived roughly 30 hours late and fully thawed, and the second arrived warm because the packaging couldn't handle the transit time. When I raised it with customer service, they acknowledged the problem but would only offer account credit, not a refund — even though the product I paid for was never actually delivered in a condition I could safely eat. I wouldn't order again, and I'd think twice before trusting this company with perishable food shipped any real distance.

Horrible company. I placed and cancelled an order on the same day last week. Thought nothing more of it. It showed up today on my porch. I do not want the food so I offered to send it back. Forkful refused and said they would not issue a refund. Please don't order from this crap company.

I should have read more reviews before ordering but it sounded good. And to be honest, the food we ate was good. But the macros are totally false. Then there are the delivery and customer service issues. Who ships fresh food thru UPS in the summer??? No offense to UPS but they don't have air conditioned trucks, or at least not where I live. Most companies use FedEx. The first box that wasn't very cold, I let them know, but I thought they were probably ok to eat. Thankfully we didn't get sick. But they didn't seem to care that the ice packs were melted. The next box came and my temp gun said 85 degrees for the meals and the ice packs. The plastic was bubbled, the meals were cooked. They all went to the trash. I took photos abs emailed them to the company. That box also came on Wednesday instead of Tuesday so I had already gotten charged for the next one. No response from email so I called on Friday. The lady, whose first language was not English, asked me to resend the photos to her email. Then she would escalate it to the billing department. She then said she can't refund the next week or stop the delivery. I told her if it shows up I will refuse the delivery. It's their fault I was unable to cancel it myself. Had I gotten my bid on Tuesday, my guaranteed delivery day, I could have stopped the next order myself. She also said she canceled my account. Today I found that to be false and I had to cancel it myself online. I would assume that means I won't be getting a refund either. I have disputed the charges with my bank.
