Great food, reasonably priced. Sometimes its hard to remove the plastic. UPS sucks for delivery, they cant follow instructions, food gets left in direct sun light. Packageing could use a couple more ice packs.

I had to push to get to the final resolution of my situation. Lenny was polite and professional.

Ryan was very helpful and nice. Appreciated that. Only thing I would change would be the background noise because at times it was hard to hear.

I called in this morning to get a tracking number for my shipment this is going to be my first shipment to my home. Unfortunately no one answered the phone but I left my name and number and a return phone call was placed to me within about an hour or two I asked for a tracking number for my package which Rachelle gladly obliged and sent me The information with the shipper and the tracking so that I could track my package Good experience so far I can't comment on the quality of food or how they food is packed but so far customer service has answered every question that I needed.

The gal I talked to was very friendly & helpful, but I didn’t give 5 stars because I’m still not clear what happened that made my order arrive so late & what will change so that it will not happen again. She said I was credited my costs but I can’t tell that yet on the app or my credit card. Kerenda

I had to call the sales department because customer service and billing would not answer the phone after leaving several messages and no reply I decided to contact the sales department some one by the name of Lenny answered she was courteous and professional she has informed me that she will help me and would call me back. The company it self is very untrustworthy.

The meals are delicious. The convenience of having nutritious great tasting meals ready in a few minutes is wonderful. The only problem has been defrosted ice packs and luke warm meals with some deliveries. I spoke with Jude in Customer Service today and he was very professional, extremely helpful and assured me the matter will be addressed.
